This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the activities of the three groups through literature analysis and participation observation.It was found that under the combined influence of resource allocation rules,government social assessment,and modern people's expectations for social work,many current group work tend to be assimilated.In the group process,social workers do not consider the differences between the members,and the members are equated with a whole and carry out activities,which leads to the convergence of the members' cognition and behavior.The serious group destroys the group dynamics and hinders the individuality of the members.Dissemination,the group's power-increasing effect is poor,and the group's function is formalized.Team services should make effective use of the differences between team members,that is,the team members have the advantage to influence theteam members;the team should respect the principle of personality development instead of copying the quality of the leader;the team is to train the team to let the team run autonomously instead of standardizing.Furthermore,from the two aspects of social work organization and group work,suggestions for effectively avoiding group convergence are proposed.
