Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation Strategies Of Social Work Intervention In Wanzai County

From ancient times till now,the widespread poverty problem in rural areas of our country is a major issue facing our country at present.In China,the rural poor population has a large base,a deep degree of poverty and a heavy burden of poverty alleviation.Reducing the number of poor people is still a realistic problem that our country needs to overcome in the new era.With the continuous advancement of the national poverty alleviation work,the basic living standards of the people have been guaranteed,the outlook of the poverty-stricken areas has been significantly improved,and the level of grass-roots governance and public service in the poverty-stricken areas has been significantly improved.President Xi Jinping put forward the important idea of "precise poverty alleviation" in 2013.Since then,precise poverty alleviation has been actively implemented throughout the country.Nowadays,China's poverty alleviation work has entered a new stage of precise poverty alleviation.More and more scholars have begun to explore the role that social work can play in the precise poverty alleviation mechanism.They have combined the working methods of social work with the policy concepts of precise poverty alleviation,the unique concepts of social work with precise poverty alleviation ideas,and from the perspective of precise identification and precise assistance.In the quasi-poverty alleviation work,we should use the joint efforts of social work institutions and social workers to effectively solve the problems arising from the precise poverty alleviation mechanism,improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation and effectively implement the precise poverty alleviation.As an underdeveloped county,Wanzai County has made some achievements in poverty alleviation in recent years,and the practice of social work intervention in the precise poverty alleviation mechanism has also achieved some results.This paper chooses Wanzai County as the research object,based on the theory of superiority perspective and empowerment and empowerment,defines clearly the concepts of social work and precise poverty alleviation,mechanism and so on;summarizes the current situation and existing problems of precise poverty alleviation in rural areas of Wanzai County by using case method and interview method;and explores the involvement of social work in precise poverty alleviation in Wanzai County through qualitative analysis method.The necessity and advantages of the mechanism;combined with the specific practice of Wanzai County's social work intervention in the precise poverty alleviation mechanism,summarize its development experience,and reflect on its actual results;and from the perspective of social work,put forward the mechanism optimization path from the concept,system and implementation level,to promote the development of the precise poverty alleviation in Wanzai County's rural areas.Effective combination of social work and precise poverty alleviation mechanism will help to accomplish poverty alleviation in China more scientifically and efficiently.In order to promote the process of precise poverty alleviation more effectively,we need the joint efforts of social work organizations,government departments and poor households themselves.Social work,with its specialty,talent,capacity-building and system characteristics,provides an advantageous basis for the effective development of precise poverty alleviation mechanism.In the process of social work involving in the precise identification and precise assistance of poor households,it is at the ideological level.Firstly,empowerment of social work can enhance the ability of poverty-stricken households to resist risks,so that poverty-stricken households can help themselves to extricate themselves from poverty through "supporting the will" and "supporting the wisdom".At the institutional level,classified assistance can effectively divide poverty-stricken households according to the causes of poverty,so that povertyalleviation mechanisms can be precisely householded,social organization functions can be optimized,and innovative models of precise poverty-alleviation mechanisms can be found at the executive level Social work organizations actively integrate high-quality resources of social and government departments,provide timely and effective links between poor households and resource providers,increase financial investment,and make the precise poverty alleviation mechanism more stable material security.Through the exploration of the specific practice of Wanzai County's social work intervention in the precise poverty alleviation mechanism in rural areas,we can find the feasible optimization path in reality,so as to improve the economy of the people in poor areas,and provide a model for other areas' social work intervention in the precise poverty alleviation mechanism.
