Social Work Participates In The Study Of The Mechanism Of Accurate Identification Of Poor Objects

China's poverty alleviation policy began in the 1980 s,and since the reform and opening up,the state and government have achieved better results through more than 30 years of efforts.Around has a complex poverty alleviation situation of our country,the economic,political,and cultural development level is not balanced,has long existed poor object number is not clear,the basic situation unclear,regional support targeted to solve the problems of not higher.Precision poverty alleviation policy as part of a complete system,it is divided into three main parts: accurate identification and accurate support and precise management,one of the efficient science accurate recognition is both the premise and the foundation,completes the identification of "precise" can make accurate poverty alleviation work,only limited resources for poverty alleviation in China can be transmitted to the real poverty poverty relief objects,which can effectively reduce social conflicts and contradictions at the grass-roots level,promote the unity and the social from all walks of life.In today's many social work services has achieved very good results,such as youth work,work for the disabled,the elderly and women's work in areas such as,poor contains all areas of social work services,poor because of the huge crowd,every object of poverty has different problems and inner demand,have their own professional social work theory and practice,a social worker in step in accurate identification of poor work,able to use their own advantages to promote work efficiency,improving the efficiency of work.The author as a enshi tujia girl,summer in wuhan city during my internship F social work institutions involved in enshi "grassroots government for J village farmers to carry out the accurate identification of poor social service work,the actual visit household,collect opinions of the masses,see the village fair show,random inspection,etc.,because it is the author's native,in the work and the actual research with convenience and operability.I also learned that at present our country many regions such as Beijing,Shanghai,shenzhen and other places also by buying a third party government institutions of social work in surgical poverty alleviation work,although this a few places is the pilot,but also shows the state and the government increasingly attach importance to the role of social workers in poverty alleviation work accurately.In this paper,the research group is the poverty target in J village,enshi city,enshi city,hubei province,which I contacted during the summer internship.In total,there are 80 poverty-stricken families and 160 poor people.In this paper,the author studies the mechanism of social workers involved in the accurate identification of poor households through literature research,field research and semi-structured interview.The article analyses the social work intervention in accurate identification J village poor patterns,to carry out the accurate recognition and the process of recognition results,the author also according to the actual process of social work intervention in accurate identification and the existing problems are analyzed in thinking and path optimization.
