In recent years,modern information technology has been widely used in College Physical Education teaching.Especially when the "micro" era comes,it brings new opportunities to physical education teaching in Colleges and universities.At present,micro-video assisted college physical education teaching has become a trend,but it has not played its due role in badminton teaching in Colleges and universities.This paper adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,take thirty-six students in the 2016 badminton special class of the Department of Physical Education of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as subjects,there are 32 boys and 4 girls,divided into experimental group and control group,grouping takes into account factors such as the equal number of men and women,make sure the grouping is reasonable.According to the syllabus and teaching plan,formulating teaching contents,it lasted for 12 weeks,four hours a week,fifty minutes of teaching per class hour,the experimental group used the combination of micro-video and traditional teaching methods to teach,the control group was given traditional teaching,the teaching progress,teaching site and facilities of the two groups are in complete agreement,tested the badminton skills and learning interests before and after the experiment,and analyzed the preliminary effect of micro-video assisted instruction,to explore the application of micro-video in badminton technology teaching in Colleges and universities,better assistant teaching.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.It can be seen from the policy level,technical level,theoretical level and practical level,the application of micro-video assisted badminton technology teaching method in Colleges and universities meets the requirements of China's higher education policy,the technology is relatively mature,there is also strong support in theory,it is feasible to apply micro-video to badminton technology teaching in Colleges and universities.2.The use of micro-video in badminton technology teaching in Colleges and universities,it can help students better understand,improve and master the required technical actions,self-help video can better understand correcting and improving erroneous actions,and form the correct dynamic stereotype,help students master badminton skills faster.3.It is found that: Applying micro-video to badminton technology teaching in Colleges and universities,whether it is to improve students' badminton skills,Or to enhance their interest in learning is obviously better than traditional teaching.
