Microteaching training is an effective way of teaching skill training for teachers and normal students. With the continuous improvement of microteaching training equipment, microteaching training courses are gradually popular in universities and middle and primary school schools. However, teaching resources of microteaching training are very scarce at present, and gradually becoming the key problem that affecting training effect of students.In this paper, guided by the learning object theory, observational learning theory and Constructivism, based on the analysis of teaching application of micro video at present, micro video was integrated into microteaching training as an auxiliary means. According to the characteristics and the process of microteaching training of information technology, the application strategies of micro video in the skill training of microteaching had been studied, and systematic learning resources of micro video were developed to solve the lack of resources of microteaching training. And then, the resources were used on microteaching training for students, majoring in education technology, in grade 2012 of Hunan Normal University, and the application effect of micro video in the skill training of microteaching was verified through the experimental research on microteaching, which could provide a reference for the application of micro video resources in the microtraining of information technology.The main content of this paper was divided into five parts. In the first part, the research background, related concepts, overseas and domestic research status, research significance and research idea are summarized and stated. In the second part, the application foundation of the micro video in teaching skill training of information technology are described, including the theoretical foundation and the practical basis. The third part mainly introduced the design of the micro video resources in microteaching training, including application strategy design, function module design and the realization of learning platform. Then, the concrete application of micro video learning resources in microteaching of information technology was introduced in the fourth part, and application effect of micro video was analyzed through questionnaire survey and the tracking of normal education practice. At last, the main research results and conclusions and the deficiencies in this paper are summarized in the fifth part.
