Physical quality refers to the comprehensive response of the functions of various organ systems in muscle work.Good physical quality is not only a sign of good health status and fitness,but also a basis for mastering sports skills and improving sports performance.With the continuous updating of the rules and methods of aerobics competitions,the reduction of game time,the reduction of low-score movements,and the increase in difficult movements,the requirements for athletes are getting higher and higher.In order to improve the performance of athletes and their ability in all aspects,Aerobics training methods are also constantly improving and innovating.In the aerobics project,the improvement of the general physical quality of middle school students has a positive effect on the improvement of aerobics technology level,and the development of physical quality should run through the entire technical movement learning.Choosing a reasonable and effective training method will help the rapid improvement of general physical fitness,and figure skipping is a sports project that has a positive effect on the development of student bounce ability,explosive force,and coordination and cooperation ability of various parts of the body.And the pattern skipping rope is not limited by time and venue.Students can adjust the exercise intensity and practice difficulty according to their own conditions.At present,the relevant research on the integration of pattern skipping rope into aerobics teaching is still in its initial stage.This study uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and according to the movement changes and movement technical characteristics of aerobics.Selecting pattern skipping action,Constructing a scientific and reasonable 12-week general physical fitness training program,the experimental results prove that the figure skipping rope can develop the general physical quality of aerobics students,which is conducive to the development of aerobics special technology.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group,indicating that the figure skipping rope can effectively improve the explosiveness,bounce ability,balance ability,coordination ability and core control ability of aerobics students.(2)The experimental and control groups showed significant differences in the results of technical action tests such as flexural leg jump,lateral leg balance,andstraight body jump 360 °.The students in the experimental group completed better technical actions,indicating that after the pattern jump rope training,The improvement of the general physical quality of aerobics has promoted the effective improvement of students 'special technology.(3)Through the analysis of the test results of the aerobics set of two groups of students,the students in the experimental group scored relatively well,mainly reflected in the natural connection between the movements,the completion of the sets of movements is easy,the movements are consistent with the rhythm of the music,and there is a sense of strength.The pace of the foot moves more smoothly.(4)After the experiment,students were surveyed in the form of questionnaires.95 % of students liked figure skipping as a general physical fitness training method.In the training process,they not only stimulated students 'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,but also improved the technical ability of figure skipping.(5)The applied design of pattern skipping training is based on the students' existing abilities,and it integrates the general physical qualities that students need to develop in learning aerobics,and has planned action design.The main principles of the design are: the principle of purpose,the principle of interest,the principle of student physical and mental development,the principle of gradual progress,and the principle of rational allocation of exercise load.
