Characteristics And Enlightenment Of Football Culture Construction In Nanjing Primary Schools

Campus football is the first integrated sports reform project in our country and an important part of the reform initiated and supervised by General Secretary Xi personally.Under this background,the Governors Cup Junior College Football League has become the highest level competition in our province.Based on organizational culture,this paper investigates Nanjing Primary School,which participated in the 2021 Governors Cup and entered the Final Eight,from four aspects: material culture of campus football,behavior culture of campus football,institutional culture of campus football and spiritual culture of campus football.Exploring the characteristics of football culture construction on campus,we find that these schools have the advantages of good material conditions,relatively complete competition system,positive spiritual cognition and broad student base.According to the characteristics of football culture construction in several schools,the following revelations are obtained: 1.(2)Integration of competition,training and publicity;3,consummate the leadership and management organization system4,construct the hierarchical spiritual value system;5.Promote and cultivate the right football culture.At the same time,the following conclusions are reached:1.A strong material culture will be a strong guarantee for the school to achieve outstanding results and develop in the long run;2.The lack of soft culture is due to the temporary competitive focus;3.A complete and excellent institutional culture is an important reason for attracting students to football activities.
