Poverty is a global problem,it is the country's economic and social development to have the extremely serious influence.In a sense,the development of any country must go through the arduous process of anti-poverty.China is a developing country,and is a large agricultural country,rural poverty is a very serious social problem,has caused widespread concern at home and abroad.As an important part of rural economic development,it is particularly important to pay attention to the development of rural women.As of 2016,according to statistics,the incidence of poverty among rural registered poor women is9.8%,0.4 percentage points higher than that of men.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the issue of poverty among rural women in order to achieve the overall goal of poverty alleviation in China.At present,China is in the critical period of poverty alleviation.In order to achieve the overall goal of poverty alleviation as soon as possible,China has formulated a series of anti-poverty policies for the poverty-stricken areas.Based on gender perspective,the national poverty-stricken counties in Shanxi Province X county rural women as the main research object,through the form of questionnaire investigation and visit,the X county rural cross tent card poverty status of women in poor family made a preliminary understanding,through the X county relevant anti-poverty policies and on-the-spot investigation,preliminary understanding the present situation of X county rural poverty and poor women against poverty.According to the division of poverty alleviation object,this article will be rural anti-poverty policy is divided into ",enjoy " anti-poverty policy and women " exclusive " anti-poverty policy two parts of content,from poverty and object recognition,the condition of women to participate in the anti-poverty program,anti-poverty effect,source of funds and security level,etc has carried on the statistical analysis,found that while under the anti-poverty policy implementation,the X county poverty while women's living conditions have improved to a certain extent,but still existed in current rural anti-poverty policy gender neutral,propaganda does not reach the designated position,low level of security,poverty alleviation and main body of the single and restrictions on rural women their own factors,lack of effective participation In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions on the anti-poverty work in X county,such as incorporating gender awareness into the anti-poverty practice process,strengthening policy publicity,improving the social security system,enriching the content of poverty alleviation,promoting the multi-subject participation of rural women in the anti-poverty process and improving the development level of rural women.
