School bullying has occurred from time to time in our country,which has aroused great concern from all walks of life.Henan Province is located in the Central China and has the largest number of students in the country.Exploring the situation of bullying in Henan province,to a certain extent,can reflect the overall situation of bullying in our country.The article conducted a large-scale field survey on the current situation of bullying in Henan Province in elementary schools,junior high schools,high schools,vocational high schools and teachers in Henan Province.Based on the analysis and statistics of the survey data and the matrix evaluation method,the article explored the primary and secondary school bullying status in Henan Province,and on this basis,the corresponding management mechanism is designed.First,the literature review researches of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on school bullying is sorted.The literature review is based on the connotation,causes,behavior types,and prevention and control strategies of school bullying.Secondly,the related basic theories and research methods are summed up,and new risk analysis methods are extended on the basis of traditional matrix risk analysis methods.Finally,the characteristics of geographical distribution,male-female ratio,behavior types,causes manifestation,emergency response,the severity of campus bullying in different phases of studying,and schools' perception of bullying in Henan Province have been researched,in order to explore the overall situation of bullying in schools in Henan Province and the existing problems.Studies have shown that the phenomenon of bullying in primary and secondary schools of Henan Province is more common in undeveloped areas,where the economy is more developed,and that male is more frequently bullied than female;language bullying is the most common in school bullying in primary and secondary schools.Most students do not know why they are targeted for bullying;after bullying occurs,most bullied people will choose to tell their teachers;compared to high schools,the bullying events in primary school,junior high school,and vocational high school are more serious,and t Teachers' perception of school bullying is low.There is a “misplacement” phenomenon between the degree of bullying on campus and the perception of teachers.Based on the research results of the school bullying in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,propose a relatively feasible mechanism design for school bullying prevention and control.The innovation of the article lies in the innovation of evaluation methods and research examples.On the one hand,the risk matrix assessment method and division matrix evaluation methodis extended and the extended method is applied to evaluate the severity of school bullying between different phases of studying and teacher perception assessment;on the other hand,no scholar has conducted extensive field research on the situation of bullying in Henan Province.Through the empirical research on the current status of bullying in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,we hope to provide information for the public to understand the status of school bullying,and also hope to provide some reference for the managers and decision makers of school bullying.
