The report of the Nineteenth National Congress states that "every child should have a fair and quality education".Nowadays,the development of education between urban and rural areas is not fair and the problem of imbalance is still prominent.As a result,the phenomenon of educational poverty still exists.School physical education is an important part of education.There are still some problems such as poor physical education environment and lack of physical education teachers in rural and township schools.The current situation of school physical education poverty needs to be eliminated.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to accurately analyze the current situation of poverty alleviation in school physical education,accurately carry out the work of "precise poverty alleviation" in school physical education,deeply excavate the poverty-causing factors of school physical education,and put forward a series of implementing strategies of "precise poverty alleviation" in school physical education for the current completion of the precise poverty alleviation strategy in education and the improvement of students' physical health.This paper takes the present situation of sports poverty and precise help strategies of primary and secondary schools in towns and villages in Dingxian County of Shandong Province as the research object,and selects 10 township schools from 52 poverty-stricken counties of Shandong Province as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,field interviews and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the poverty of sports rights,sports opportunities,sports resources and sports ability from the perspective of sports rights,sports opportunities,sports resources and sports ability.Degree,to investigate the current situation of school sports poverty and poverty-causing factors in-depth analysis,and put forward precise help strategies.The results are as follows: 1.The lack of sports supervision and management leads to the inadequate opening and occupancy of physical education classes,the normal development of physical education classes under bad weather,the loose organization of extracurricular sports activities,and the inclination of physical examination content toexternal body shape indicators;2.The lack of time for students to participate in sports "learning","training" and "competition" leads to the reduction of sports opportunities;3.The lack of physical education teachers;Less teachers,part-time teachers of other courses and team leaders have less opportunities to participate in training and training,sports venues,equipment and facilities are seriously damaged and damaged,lack of post-maintenance,low per capita occupancy and utilization rate,a single way for students to obtain sports information,sports funds rely on the financial superiors;4.Lack of sports theory courses,lack of motor skills,sports ability is low,development is limited.Aiming at the survey results,this paper puts forward precise help strategies: 1.Perfecting sports rights laws and regulations,establishing sports supervision and management system,setting up sports rights classes for students,and changing the status quo of weak awareness of students' rights;2.Guiding students to learn correctly,conducting efficient "training",organizing students to "compete" with each other,and introducing them to impoverished schools.Enter school sports events to ensure students' opportunities to participate in sports;3.Complete the shortcomings of physical education teachers in poor schools,tilt the sports lottery fund towards poverty alleviation in poor schools,and develop school-based physical education curriculum in poor schools;4.Establish a group of poor physical education students,establish a responsible system for physical education teachers,and stimulate students' internal and external motivation in physical education.
