Research On Motivational Education Of Contemporary College Students

Undergraduates are a new generation of college students who have grown up under the conditions of a market economy.They have a strong sense of growth and talent,but in the context of social transformation,they are inevitably experiencing some new changes.They show bad behaviors such as lost faith,lack of integrity,lack of spirit,and lack of responsibility.In response to these phenomena,current inspirational educators should combine the current physical and mental characteristics of college students and use the theory of inspirational education methods to help college students establish goals,strengthen their convictions,and provide spiritual motivation for the growth of college students.The inspirational education thought in Marxist theory serves as the main theoretical basis for carrying out college students' inspirational education,and provides ideas for writing.To shape the sound personality of college students,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,carry forward the spirit of the times and national spirit,and cultivate the needs of socialist builders with Chinese characteristics as a necessary condition for carrying out inspirational education for college students,and combine the ideological and firm nature of college students' inspirational education.Practical and stimulating characteristics can better carry out research on college students' inspirational education.The analysis and investigation of the current college students' inspirational education shows that the current college students' inspirational education has achieved certain effects.The whole society has basically formed a good atmosphere that emphasizes inspirational education,created a variety of inspirational education methods,and actively and positively mainstream political thoughts.At the same time,the problems and deficiencies in college students' inspirational education are mainly manifested in the lack of scientific system,the inspirational education mechanism of colleges and universities,the complicated social environment,the confusion of ideals and beliefs of college students,the negative energy of online media to erode the ideological concepts of college students,and further analysis of the emergence of The reason for the problem can be understood,the social environment is complex;the family education has misunderstanding;the school education pays insufficient attention;the deviation of the college students' own knowledge is the main reason for the problem of college students' inspirational education.Finally,this paper proposes to improve the status quo of college students' inspirational education from four aspects: constructing the top-level design and fundamental education of college students' inspirational education,constructing college students' inspirational cultural resource system,constructing the active education mechanism of inspirational education object,and constructing the external education system of inspirational education.The basic idea is to provide some useful suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of college students' inspirational education.
