Research On The Community Identity Of The Old People In The Move With The Group Work Under The Perspective Of Social Identity

With the development of urban and rural economy and the change of people's life concept,the rural floating population has developed from a young and middle-aged country in the past to a family-oriented situation.The floating children,the new generation of migrant workers,and the old people who have moved into the country have become the three main players of the floating population.With the current aging trend intensifying,the group of old people who have moved to the country has been concerned by many researchers.Among them,the urban adaptation and social integration of the elderly with the move are the focus of research.During the professional internship in the B community of Wuhan,during the community survey,the author found that the elderly groups in the community generated new community needs after staying in the community,and those needs that were not met in time would make the community old people move to a lower community identity.Therefore,according to the dimension of social identity theory,the community identity is divided into four dimensions: identity,emotional identity,cultural identity and behavioral identity.The group work method is used to promote the change of team members in four dimensions.First,guide the group members to understand the identity change from “rural people” to “community people” and learn how to obtain community information to form a sense of community belonging,and to shape the identity of the elderly with the community.Second,through the mutual support between the team members and the full understanding of the community's convenient resources to build community support,shaping the emotional identity of the old people with the group and the community.Thirdly,with the help of the Dragon Boat Festival opportunity,the group members will promote the understanding of local culture and community culture in the form of manual activities,and shape the cultural identity of the old people to the community in the community recreation activities.Fourthly,on the basis of guiding the group members to actively pay attention to community affairs,they will promote the participation of the members of the community through scenario simulation,actively participate in community management,and shape the behavioral identity of the elderly with the community.Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of the group work,the results found that,according to the theory of social identity,the group work has a certain effect in promoting the community identity of the elderly in the move,the overall goal of the group work and the sub-goals of each group activity are basically achieved through the six-group activities.Finally,under the guidance of the social identity theory,the group work intervenes in the community identity of the old people who are moving in,and then summarizes the experience and improves it.
