A Study On Social Work Enhancing The Community Identity Of The Elderly In Relocation And Resettlement Communities

Change of the relocate is a migration poverty alleviation policy that eliminates poverty,developing economy,protecting ecology and promoting social harmony and developing multiple benefits.How to build community construction on relocation and resettlement communities,promote the better integration of residents into communities,participate in communities,and build communities are an important theoretical and reality.Community integration,community participation or community construction,all inseparable from the "community identity" of the residents such as the social development and construction of the subject,the community identity is the internal driving force integration of residents into the new community and participating in community governance.G province is the main battlefield of my country,and the F Community is the easy-local relocation and resettlement community of the "three districts".The F community is huge,the situation is complex,and the number of people in the elderly is more.Weak,the community is not strong.Therefore,this study uses the expert in the F Community to help the community to enhance the community identity in the professional approach to the research object,and promote the integration of the community to integrate the community to construct more harmonious communities.In this study,in the guidance of social identity theory and social integration,this study conducted a group intervention of the community,based on the theoretical basis and the real realism of the F Community,will measure and assess the community recognition of the elderly from emotional identity and function.The front and rear test comparison of the group members evaluates the effectiveness of the group intervention.By the help of the elderly birthday meeting,the Mid-Autumn Festival National Day celebration and other community activities to consolidate and enhance the entry into the team intervention,using group employees and community activities to increase impact,radiate other elderly people and residents of community,and improve service object community recognition.Through the effective assessment and analysis of social work services,summarize and reflect on the intervention of the entire service process and social work in the change of the relocation and resettlement community,and summarize experiences and improved.
