Times are changing,societies are advancing.The physical development level of primary school students has also changed a lot in the continuously developing society,but as far as the current situation is concerned,the physical quality of primary school students does not appear to be in sync with their physical development,carrying out corresponding development measures in the critical period of primary school students' physical development is of great importance to the physical development of primary school students.If we can carry out effective physical exercises in the critical period of primary school students' physical development,that will be of great help to the future physical development of primary school students.Calisthenics is a sports item that integrates music and actions.The characteristics of the movement of the item itself are symmetry,repetition,interest,continuity,artistry and appreciation,so in recent years aerobics in schools to develop rapidly,the popularity has been greatly improved.One of the basic development ability of human body is coordination ability,because coordination ability can be said to be a comprehensive performance of various abilities of human body.Coordination can be subdivided into many small abilities,which mainly include human response,balance,transformation,coherence,spatial perception and the ability of rhythm.By searching for "coordination ability","aerobics","primary school students","sensitive period" and other key words,check out the related literature on the improvement of pupils' body coordination ability and the characteristics of aerobics in the popular databases such as Shanghai Normal University,Chn,Wanfang Database,Super Star Digital Library,etc.Through the interviews with experts,we have gained the convenient knowledge about aerobics teaching,coordination ability,sports measurement and evaluation,and found that the age of 7-10 is a sensitive period to develop the coordination ability of primary school students,so this study tested 120 students aged 7-10 years with a 35-minute test twice a week for four months,in order to better prove that aerobics training can improve the coordination ability of7-10-year-old students,120 students who do not have any basic aerobics study were tested,and then tested again,the final data is obtained and the final result is analyzed through mathematical statistics.The findings suggest:1?After a short period of aerobics study,the response ability,change ability and rhythm ability of 7-10-year-old pupils can be seen,P value is p 0.07,p 0.07,p 0.08respectively;Through the data we can know that the short-term aerobics exercise for7-10 Pupils Reaction Ability,transformation ability and rhythm ability has not significantly improved.2?After four months of aerobics training,for 7-10-year-old pupils' balance ability,reaction ability,coherence ability,change ability,rhythm ability and spatial perception and coordination ability,p value is less than or equal to 0.05,this proves that aerobics exercises can improve the coordination of 7-to 10-year-old pupils.Of course,the coordination of the ability to improve the need for a long-term,systematic aerobics practice step by step to accumulate,to gradually develop.3?Through the analysis of the results of the nine tests,we can see that the motor coordination test items are composed of different factors,it includes balance ability,reaction ability,coherence ability,transformation ability,rhythm ability,spatial perception and coordination ability and so on,the improvement of children's motor coordination ability and their body growth and development have not been improved at the same time.After a long period of aerobics exercises,the data show that,the growth of children's test scores did not keep pace with their growing age,so the growth rate of test scores was not completely linear with the growth of age.4?Analysis of the results of nine tests shows that there is a gender difference between boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 10.Balance,rhythm,Hand-eye non-displacement operation of the coordination of the ability compared to boys,girls have more advantages,and vice versa,the boy's advantage is more in some physical performance,rapid displacement activities,orientation and control of objects.According to the cognition of our body movement,girls are more inclined to passivity and field-dependence,while boys are more inclined to autonomy and field-independence.
