With the change of the external environment of the society and the reform of the basic education curriculum,the state attaches great importance to the education of teachers.Accelerating the training process of the excellent primary school teachers and improving the quality of training is an unshirkable responsibility of the higher normal colleges.However,due to the short implementation time of the excellent teacher program,the curriculum has a lag,and there are many problems.In order to reflect the real situation of the curriculum training of excellent primary school teachers in China,and to further optimize the curriculum of excellent primary school teachers,this paper is based on domestic and foreign literature,first of all,"excellent teachers","interdisciplinary teachers" and "curriculum" are defined.Based on curriculum policy,practical experience and actual needs,this paper examines the problem of setting up the curriculum for the development of excellent primary school teachers from the perspective of text analysis and empirical analysis.Through textual analysis,comparative research and Toscan analysis,the author summarizes the problems of the training objectives,curriculum content and curriculum structure of the seven higher normal colleges from the perspective of similarities and differences.Through questionnaires,the students and employers are widely investigated.The satisfaction of the curriculum is also based on the interview method to understand the real reasons behind the problem.Through investigations,it has been found that after nearly five years of hard work,20 outstanding primary school teacher training units have demonstrated good examples in the cultivation of outstanding talents,laying a solid foundation for teacher education reform.However,the curriculum of each higher normal college still has the following problems: the target expression is vague and the goal is so high;the content of the course is mixed,the fusion is weak,the practicality is low;the proportion of the curriculum structure is not adjusted,and the theory is light practice.The main cause is the lack of a complete and systematiccurriculum policy guidance;the quality assurance mechanism is not perfect.In view of the significant problems in the curriculum design of excellent primary school teachers,this paper proposes optimization strategies from the following five aspects.First,actively participate in teacher professional certification,to promote reform;second,clarify the professional orientation of excellent primary school teachers;refine the training requirements,highlight the characteristics;Third,grasp the "extensive" and "special","quantity" and "quality" the two basic principles;relying on "group" to achieve the "high level integration" of the course content;Fourth,adjusting the course structure,focusing on science and hierarchy;scientifically setting course modules;optimizing each The proportion of courses is the same;Fifth,strengthen the practice links and enhance the comprehensive practical ability.
