Nowadays, our country is implementing a new round of basic education curriculum reform, The fundamental goal is to eradicate the existing disadvantages of the traditional exam-oriented education and the cultivation of high-quality talents to satisfy the needs of the development of modern society, in the end, aiming at achieving quality education ideal goal.The teacher in charge is the organizer of class and educators, Because of its special identity and status in school education, in the new curriculum reform as the most important and the most direct perpetrators factors decided the key to the success of new curriculum reform. However, under the background of new curriculum reform in the present moment, our teacher in charge work is still to score, old class management concept and management way, ignore the students’ values education and mental health education, these are problems existing and runs counter to the concept of new curriculum reform.At the same time,training goal, the education idea of new curriculum reform as well as to student evaluation method and the object of education under the new situation, the change of social environment, social public opinion needs to be the teacher in charge work on improvement and adjustment. To change this situation, the teacher in charge wants to actively raise their professional quality, change traditional education concept and the way of the teacher in charge work, set up the development of the students, and students to establish a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, make scientific class management, these can be improved to a great extent, help the teacher in charge work, so as to promote the teacher professional development. This thesis text is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly elaborates this topic research background and research significance, as well as the definition of some important concepts related to this article and related literature review, lay the foundation for the entire article writing.The second part is the summary of class teacher and the teacher in charge work. This research revolves around the teacher in charge and the teacher in charge work, so this special group in the first place it is necessary to clear the teacher in charge in the position and role of the school education, and the content of the teacher in charge work and responsibilities. At the same time, the main theoretical basis for this article writing, including behavioral science management theory, multiple intelligence theory, the main body education thought and the theory of lifelong learning, these form the article at the core of theoretical support.The third part discusses the necessity of work improvement, director of the new curriculum reform background work. Mainly from three aspects to illustrate, firstly points out that the current outstanding problems of the teacher in charge work, secondly puts forward new requirements to the teacher in charge work improvement because of the new curriculum reform, the last is the current new situation of the teacher in charge work improvement request urgently.The fourth part is the new curriculum reform under the background of the teacher in charge work improvement strategy. Through the analysis of the problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions. To improve the traditional way of the teacher in charge work, it is important to changing the concept of the teacher in charge teacher’s work, and can no longer in a rigid, invariable view student, must set up the development of students’ view, make scientific class management, establish harmonious and democratic relationship between teachers and students and students. And these ideas and methods of improvement, the main or by the teacher in charge the initiative to raise their professional quality.
