The development of society has made teachers,a professional group,facing more and higher requirements.In addition,many scholars have proposed the idea of speeding up the construction of a teacher teaching discipline system.As the popularity of "teacher education" continues to heat up in academia,many researchers have published papers to discuss the knowledge framework,research methods and objects,nature,connotation and establishment conditions of "teacher education discipline".However,the definition of "teacher education" is still unclear,and there are still many voices of doubt.There is still no consensus in the academic community on whether it is a "single discipline" or a "research field".This subject plays a pivotal role in the development direction of the modern education field.The research method of this paper is content analysis and philosophical speculation,starting from the basic problems of the discipline,firstly to carry out research on "Is Teacher Pedagogy a Field or a Discipline".Secondly,on the basis of the construction of the discipline system and the current situation of the construction of the discipline system of teacher education,it analyzes the problems existing in the development of the discipline system and gives relevant solutions.This paper consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction,which is discussed from four aspects,namely the reason for the research,the review of the research status at home and abroad,the research content and the research method.The second part explores the origin and development of teacher education from three aspects: historical origin,realistic demands,and subject logic.The third part analyzes the independence of the subject under the premise of synthesizing the relevant research materials of the subject of teacher education,clarifies the basic standards of the subject’s independence,and then draws a convincing conclusion according to the actual situation of the subject of teacher education.The fourth part analyzes the current research status of teacher education discipline,points out the current predicament of discipline development,and provides construction principles for teacher education discipline construction based on this.The fifth part of this paper selects "teachers" as the logical starting point of discipline construction,and comprehensively examines the current research discussions on "teachers" from different discipline perspectives,such as philosophy,psychology,ethics,sociology,and management.This is a necessary condition for the research on teacher education and the construction of the subject path of teacher education.This thesis probes into the nature of teachers from a philosophical perspective;probes into teachers’ psychological activities and their laws from a psychological perspective;probes into teachers’ social functions from sociology;probes into teachers’ moral behavior from ethics and behavior.The author organizes and thinks about the relevant research results of "teacher" from a multidisciplinary perspective,and tries to provide some reference construction directions for the construction of teacher education disciplines in my country.In order to help expand the field of teacher education research,this is the only way for the continuous development and maturity of education and education disciplines.
