According to the spirit of the document issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education in 2015 on the "Guiding Opinions on the Construction of Compulsory Education Development Curriculum",in order to fully understand the current implementation of the sports development curriculum in Hangzhou Elementary School,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Research methods such as Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method,based on the basis and principle of curriculum evaluation system construction,combined with the characteristics of primary school physical education expansion curriculum,construct the evaluation standard of Hangzhou primary school sports development curriculum,and implement the curriculum The survey was conducted and the results of the study were as follows:One.Establishment and Weight Determination of Evaluation Standard Indexes of Sports Expansion Courses in Primary Schools in Hangzhou(1)Four first-class indexes,including curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,are determined.Knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values,curriculum plans,teaching materials,venues and equipment,teaching methods,organization and management,curriculum evaluation methods,curriculum evaluation content 10 secondary indicators;And the corresponding 24 three-level indicators.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process and the questionnaire survey method to establish the weight of the first-level and second-level indicators of the evaluation criteria of the physical education curriculum in Hangzhou,and construct the “Diagnostic Scale for the Evaluation of the Standards for the Expansion of Primary School Sportsin Hangzhou”,targeting Hangzhou The status quo of the development of primary school sports development courses in the city was evaluated.Second,the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the sports development curriculum for primary schools in Hangzhou are:(1)The overall evaluation of the implementation of the expansion curriculum for primary school sports in Hangzhou is a qualified level,with 73 primary schools and 13 schools with excellent grades,accounting for 18%,indicating that the current primary school physical education curriculum is under development.Still less,the quality of teaching needs to be further improved.(2)The implementation effect evaluation of 7 major urban districts in Hangzhou is as follows: Xihu District and Gongshu District 2 are ranked in the forefront,while Yuhang District is ranked last.(3)Through further evaluation and analysis of the course,the evaluations in the four aspects of“course objectives”,“course content”,“course implementation” and “course evaluation” are all qualified levels,indicating that the curriculum implementation effect is general,and the organization and management of the curriculum In terms of evaluation,the evaluation is unqualified,indicating that the schools and schools in Hangzhou are in urgent need of improvement and improvement in the organization and management of sports development courses.
