A Study On The Diagnostic Ability Of Campus Football Referees In Hangzhou

The vigorous development of campus football has improved and perfected the campus football competition,at present it has formed four competition system,the scale is bigger,the technology and tactics of the team play more and more mature,greatly increased the intensity of campus football match,it also put forward higher reques to the campus football referee ability,the referees on-the-spot of cutting ability level directly affects the sustainable development of the campus football,so want to ensure the smooth operation of the campus football game smooth and fair,must improve the campus football referees on-the-spot of cutting ability.Through studied the diagnosis of on-spot execution ability of campus football referees in hangzhou,and reached the following conclusions:Through literature method and expert interview method,in the early to hangzhou campus football referees on-the-spot of cutting ability based on diagnosis index system,using Delphi method,after two rounds of screening indicators built according to the campus football referees on-the-spot diagnosis index system of cutting ability,including the board of thought,the cutting of basic quality and the cutting and cutting skills three first-level indicators,eight secondary indicators and 20 level 3 indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the index weights of the on-spot ruling ability of hangzhou campus football referees were determined.The diagnostic scale of on-spot ruling ability of campus football referees in hangzhou was established.Through the diagnosis of the on-spot ruling ability of hangzhou campus football referees,the results are as follows:The referees of campus football matches in hangzhou are competent for the on-spot referee work.However,it is also found that the number of referees with excellent levels is relatively small,which indicates that the overall level is not high,and their abilities need to be further cultivated and improved.The referee's executive thought ability is weak.Although I can actively guide the players to implement the game etiquette,I am lack of patient education,care and love for the players in the process of law enforcement.I need to improve my personal moral cultivation.The basic quality and ability of referees are relatively high,which meet the requirements of the development of campus football.However,in terms of special physical performance,the flexibility of running should be further improved.The referees have a relatively high level of execution skills,especially in the accuracy of the judgment,few errors and omissions,beautiful and standard gestures,and fast and appropriate handling of emergencies.According to the diagnosis,the following Suggestions are put forward:strengthen the cultivation and education of referees' ideological quality,and give full play to the educational function of campus football games;Improve the referee's special physical ability,strengthen the assessment of the referee's physical ability,to meet the increasingly fierce competition demand.
