Approaches to learning plays an important role in the development of children,which has gradually become the focus of research and reform in many countries,and the corresponding education policies have been formulated.The Ministry of Education issued the Guideline for the Study and Development of Young Children 3-6 in2012,clearly stressed the importance of the cultivation of children's approaches to learning,which pointed out the direction for the development of preschool education in China.The research design was related to the learning quality and regional activities,subjects were children from the senior classes,selected from two kindergartens in kunming,by adopting the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,which explore the army of young children in the region of the autonomy learning activities and learning quality development and analyzes the positive and negative in the form of case study quality.Among them,the quantitative study found that the approaches to learning of children in large classes developed better in autonomous learning area activities,and there was no significant gender difference on the whole.But girls were significantly better than boys in the dimension of persistence and concentration,and boys were significantly better than girls in the dimension of imagination and creation.Children's learning were also no significant differences in overall quality from three autonomous learning area point of view.However children's curiosity and interest in science area is significantly higher than art area,and the imagination and creation in art areas is obviously lower than puzzle zone.Moreover,gender and specific types of autonomous learning regions also have interactive effects on children's approaches to learning and development of all dimensions.On this basis,the direct and indirect factors affecting the development of children's approaches to learning in autonomous learning area activities for senior classes are analyzed.The direct factors are from the two aspects of autonomous learning area and children's individual factors,while the indirect factors mainly involve the three aspects of families community cultures and education policies.In order to cultivate children's learning quality in the autonomous learning area,thefollowing educational Suggestions are put forward:to set scientific and reasonable objectives,flexible and efficient delivery of materials,set scientific and reasonable objects,establish friendly the teacher-child relationship,grasp the opportunity of education and apply appropriate teaching methods,and mobilize family power to achieve cooperative education of kindergarten and home.
