Autonomous learning is the key to the development of Chinese students' core literacy,the focus of the guide to learning and development for children aged 3-6,and the most important factor in determining individual growth.No matter from the perspective of education policy documents or individual growth,autonomous learning is undoubtedly an active and active way of learning,which has a profound impact on children's future learning and development.However,in contrast to the reality of teaching,there are such problems in the autonomous learning of children in large classes: children's activity interest in regional games does not last long,their game concentration is not enough,and "dissociation" often occurs in other activities.In order to promote children's autonomous learning,the author tries to analyze the influencing factors of children's autonomous learning by taking the group activity of A kindergarten in mianyang city as the activity medium,and tries to find the supporting strategies of children's autonomous learning.In order to clarify the organization and operation mechanism of project group activities,explore the activity mode and learning media with children as the main body,deepen the quality and connotation of autonomous game activities,provide good conditions and space for children's autonomous learning,and provide a path and method for the guidance of children's autonomous learning.Under the theoretical framework of action research,this study use observation,interview,case analysis and other methods to collect the behavior of the children's autonomy learning in project team activities evidence,again USES the qualitative analysis on the further analysis,find out the characteristics of children's autonomy learning in project team activities,types and influence factors,on the basis of this puts forward support strategy.Research findings:Project group activity is an activity mode and learning medium with children as the main body.It has its own characteristics in the activity concept,the choice of project theme,the composition of project team members and the operation mode.From the perspective of children's independent learning in the project team,children's attitude towards accepting tasks is influenced by the activity atmosphere,organizational form,difficulty degree of project tasks and children's personal interests.The goal consciousness of the activity is influenced by the activity plan,companions and works.Children's persistence and concentration are influenced by their own characteristics,project tasks and peers.It can be seen that activity atmosphere,activity organization form,project tasks,companions and works are the most important factors affecting children's autonomous learning.Based on the above influencing factors,project group activities can be used to support children's autonomous learning activities from the following aspects:First,choose a project theme that is life-like,operable and open,so as to provide a variety of possibilities for children's independent learning.Second,effectively grasp the activities such as making plans,project exploration and activity summary to expand children's independent learning space;Third,co-construction and co-construction of game materials,continue to stimulate children's enthusiasm for autonomous learning;Fourth,broaden the work processing channels to achieve the motivation to strengthen the target awareness;Fifth,create an environment for autonomous activities and create an atmosphere for autonomous learning.The sixth,home joint construction,do the child independent learning supporters.
