| In the new century,with the rapid development of society,economy and culture,higher education needs to cultivate diversified talents.In order to change the situation that the unified evaluation standard of college entrance examination is too single,our country began to explore the independent enrollment system of colleges and universities.Its purpose is to further expand the right of independent enrollment of colleges and universities,so as to better select outstanding students with disciplinary expertise and innovation potential,and to train outstanding talents for China’s future social,economic and technological development and progress.Does the independent enrollment system take into account the differences between urban and rural areas,and is it fair to both urban and rural students? Taking the background of urban-rural difference as the entry point,the grounded theory as the logical tool,and the evaluation text of middle school teachers and students in Yunnan Province on the independent enrollment system as the theoretical support,the author conducts a qualitative research on the equity between urban and rural areas of China’s independent enrollment system.In order to provide some references for the reform of the independent enrollment system,the author tries to evaluate the independent enrollment system more comprehensively.The text is divided into four parts:The first part: analyze the background of the independent enrollment system in China,sort out the development course of the independent enrollment system,and briefly summarize the characteristics of the independent enrollment system.The second part: to explore the development process and characteristics of the independent enrollment system in the United States,and compare with China’s independent enrollment system.The third part: based on the interview texts of middle school teachers and students in Yunnan Province,the paper makes a qualitative research on the equity of the independent enrollment system,which is characterized by the difference between urban and rural areas.The fourth part: put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the fairness of the independent enrollment system between urban and rural areas.Second,we will further improve the fairness of the independent enrollment system. |
