Research And Management Application Of Business Model In Early Education Chain Enterprises

In the information age,the development of the Internet has made a huge impact on various traditional business models.Enterprises continue to innovate and business models emerge in endlessly.The concept of business model has been summarized by scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad.For an emerging enterprise,if it wants to survive and win in the competition,it needs to devote itself to building its business model based on Internet thinking,discovering new market opportunities and providing correct value propositions.Keeping pace with the times and sustainable operation also means that enterprises should constantly adjust their strategies and choose,construct and replace their business models.With the attention of the state and family to the early education industry year by year,many new early education chain enterprises have emerged in China,and they are also showing a vigorous development trend.Under the guidance of Internet development,platform thinking and ecological thinking,more and more new business models have been upgraded.Starting from the research theory and practical application of business model,and combining with the basic module of enterprise management,this paper demonstrates how early education chain enterprises combine their own characteristics and market opportunities of the industry,and systematically combs the core ideas and management application summary of M company on business model formulation.Business model and management of enterprises need to form a close system supporting each other.Therefore,the research and analysis of M company's business model,focusing on the framework of management guarantee system,makes full use of case studies on the theoretical system of business model.Through the SWOT framework analysis of enterprises,we find out the internal and external environmental advantages and core problems accumulated by the development of case enterprises.Through the combination of resources and capabilities of enterprises,we demonstrate the way to achieve platform-based business model and ecosystem-based business model,and find the key point of combining business model and management application for chain-type early education companies.Through the collation and summary of business model theory,this paper summarizes the research results of business model at home and abroad,and uses case analysis method to analyze the research ideas of business model selection and combination of M Company,a chain enterprise of early education,in order to find out the core issues of business model research and enrich the case for business model practice.Through summarizing the strategic positioning and practical results of M company,this paper demonstrates that the way to achieve value chain in business model will involve all aspects of strategy implementation and landing.If an enterprise can set up a long-term business model,it can provide a clear direction for the management and construction of the enterprise,and also inject vitality into the management practice of the enterprise.The essence of enterprise business model research and management application lies in the creation of outstanding value.If the enterprise has the ability and potential to form a higher level of large ecosystem,create business value and social value of the enterprise.
