Research On Business Model Diagnosis Of GN E-sport Company

In recent years,the e-sports industry has been booming,and the key value growth links in the e-sports industry chain have become the new wind ports pursued by capital under the background of the Internet.The leading enterprises in various industrial links have a good development trend,but the development status of small and micro enterprises involved has received little attention.In this paper,GN e-sports company,a small and micro enterprise,is taken as a case to summarize the relevant researches on the business model of e-sports enterprises and form an analysis model of the business model characterized by the industrial chain.By using the model,the characteristics of the business model of enterprises in the six links of the e-sports industry chain are summarized.By examining the three links of the current business model of the case enterprise,such as model design,operation transformation and business promotion,it is preliminarily found that there are twelve problems in three aspects in the current business model of the case enterprise,and based on this,the analytic hierarchy model of analysis and diagnosis index system is established.Through Delphi method,it further identifies the main problems existing in the business model of the case enterprise,which are the lack of business model design,enterprise positioning and promotion,which restrict the business development.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the case enterprise,a comprehensive grasp of the dual attributes of GN Company,in view of the identified major problems of the business model,including adjustment,positioning and remodeling of the ecology,the construction of multi-channel combination,the establishment of standardized service process,etc.,a set of business model for successive improvement of the overall improvement scheme.This paper has certain reference value and reference significance for the study of the operation mode of small and micro enterprises in the e-sports industry.
