Research On Organizational Creativity Improvement Of HRT Project Team

Innovation is an important means for organizations to participate in competition and gain competitive advantage in the current knowledge-based economy era.Mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation are the new impetus of social and economic development.Nowadays,as an important part of high-quality talents,the cultivation of college students' innovative consciousness,innovative ability and creativity is very important to the future development of the country.Therefore,from the process of talent growth,colleges and universities ar e the foundation and important undertaker of innovative talent training.At present,the existing forms of education and teaching methods can't meet the needs of innovative talent training.Universities begin to pay attention to and realize that the scient ific and technological project team is an effective mode to cultivate students' innovative consciousness,develop students' innovative ability and cultivate innovative talents.In recent years,there are many literatures about creativity in research organizations both at home and abroad.However,there are few researches on the project team of university students.Organizational creativity has an important impact on scientific and technological innovation,so the study of university students' scientific and technological project team from the perspective of organizational creativity,to a certain extent,enriches the content of organizational creativity.On the basis of mastering the latest research on organizational creativity,this paper takes HRT project team,a university student innovation project team in H University,as the research object.Through field investigation,follow-up investigation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with team members,it analyzes the team construction and development status of HRT project team,and studies its development.The achievements,accumulated experience and existing problems in the process provide substantial materials for exploring the root causes of the problems in organizational creativity building of the project team.According to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the actual situation of HRT project team,this paper establishes the influencing factor model and influencing factor index system of HRT project team organizational creativity,and makes statistical analysis on the collected data by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Likert's five-subscale method,mainly from the individual creativity factors and groups of team members.Organizational construction factors,organizational climate and external environment are analyzed and summarized to study the factors affecting the development of organizational creativity of HRT project team.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the organizational creativity of HRT project team,this paper studies and demonstrates the organizational creativity of HRT project team by means of interview and induction.The research includes enhancing the creativity of members,optimizing the organizational structure of the team,creating an organizational innovation atmosphere,perfecting the knowledge management model and improving the external environment support.Five aspects are proposed to enhance the organizational creativity of HRT project team.In terms of security measures,mainly from the school,social system security and resource security two aspects are elaborated.The research on the promotion strategy of organizational creativity of HRT project team provides reference for the construction of organizational creativity and sustainable development of HRT project team,and also provides reference for the construction of organizational creativity of university students' scientific and technological innovation project team.
