Research On Optimization Of Knowledge Capitalization Model Based On The Construction Of Entrepreneurial University

With the continuous development of human society,knowledge capital has gradually become a new factor of production and its importance has grown.As the main place of production and dissemination of knowledge,universities become the beginning of knowledge capitalization activities,which directly affect the important process of transforming knowledge into actual productivity,and play an irreplaceable role in promoting national economic development.The functions of the university have also changed.Entrepreneurial factors have been added to it.Entrepreneurial universities have emerged.This paper not only conducts field research on the practice of knowledge capitalization in some colleges of Tianjin University and summarizes the current situation of the establishment of entrepreneurial universities,but also puts forward some suggestions for improvement and attempts to set the norms of intellectual capitalization in universities.The survey results are as follows:The knowledge capitalization of engineering colleges is relatively good,but there is still much room for improvement;The status of knowledge capitalization in the Science Faculty is relatively common,and the potential in the field of science and engineering is very large;The degree of intellectual capitalization of liberal arts colleges is relatively backward and needs improvement;Tianjin University is in the stage of rapid development in the establishment of an entrepreneurial university.The overall situation is good,and it has various conditions for expanding the scale of knowledge capitalization.Based on this,the paper proposes to promote teachers' understanding of knowledge capitalization,the diversification of the job title evaluation system,the provision of various incentive policies,and the strengthening of communication and cooperation with the government and enterprises;Constructs the norms of university knowledge capitalization including the principle of equality,the principle of paid buyout,the principle of maximum benefit,and the core guiding principles.The innovations of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,there are few papers linking research on the knowledge capitalization of universities and the establishment of entrepreneurial universities in China.Secondly,although there are case studies on the knowledge capitalization of university,they are not detailed enough and do not analyze their relationship with entrepreneurial universities deeply;Thirdly,it is an exploratory academic issue to reflect on the practice of knowledge capitalization of university in the age of knowledge economy.
