| Cultivating high qualified talents and achieving scientific and technological progress are the key to survive in the fierce international competition.Entrepreneurial university is a new type of university which has high quality teaching and research capabilities and entrepreneurial ability as well as responsibility of serving the society.Transition to entrepreneurial university has become a way to build first-rate for many universities Therefore,the induction and comparison of such unique university-type development models has important significance for the transformation and development of colleges and universities,and also provides useful exploration for enriching the theory of university development.I summarize and analyze the relatively authoritative results of higher citation rate.This research raises the concept and benchmark of entrepreneurial university,and puts forward five elements which are goal,structure,mechanism,environment and culture.It adopts the method of case analysis to analysis elements in selected entrepreneurial universities.First of all,through analysis on the developing process of factors in entrepreneurial university,I use triple helix theory and organizational transformation theory to expound the function of the element in the entrepreneurial university.Secondly,this research has mainly taken comparison test,which come into selected entrepreneurial universities are summarize different functions of the factors and their respective development modes can be summarized as structural element-driven,environment factor-driven,cultural driving mechanism,target-driven and structural joint mechanism type.At last,the article puts forward inspirations and suggestions for universities which want to develop entrepreneurial universities,and points out the transition condition which raises possibility of the transformation and responds to the call.It helps to build an entrepreneurial university model and provide talents for society. |
