Adolescents are in adolescence and are a key stage in the development of personality and habits.The physiology of adolescents during this period has undergone major changes,their mental state is unstable,and they are more self-aware.When encountering difficulties or stress,it is prone to negative emotions and will not find ways to adjust and solve them in time.One of the main psychological distresses that young people face today is social anxiety,that is,teenagers are nervous,uneasy,and even have poor physical reactions and psychological fears in social places.However,most teenagers often take measures to reduce or evade social interactions when they encounter social anxiety and psychological distress.Over time,it will have a negative impact on the normal learning,life and social relationships of adolescents.In the process of internship,social workers encountered the problem of social anxiety,Xiaomian.due to psychological and social factors,the case has low self-evaluation,interpersonal communication barriers,parent-child relationship indifference,and social maladjustment in social situations.There is a tendency to escape and anxiety.This article is a case study of social work.The author has a detailed understanding of the overall situation of the social anxiety of the case.and to implement intervention services,using cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective theory,family system The theory and social support theory is supported by professional theory.In the talks,the lawyers are respected and accepted,and professional skills such as listening,empathy,and clarification are used to directly and indirectly involve the case of Xiaomian through professional social work methods and skills.The specific intervention process is divided into four stages: preparation stage,direct treatment stage,indirect treatment stage and summary review stage.Including "fun acquaintance","learning counseling","clarification of problems","recover self-confidence","courage to socialize","mind communication","mutual support group","review summary" eight key talks.According to the effect evaluation and process evaluation,the expected goal of intervention is basically completed.With the help of social workers,the social anxiety problem of the case has been significantly alleviated.First,we can correctly understand our own problems,recognize misconceptions,channel our negative psychological emotions,improve self-confidence,and change our psychological state of self-enclosure and inferiority.Second,help the client improve social skills and strengthen Social skills training,overcome the psychological fear of social fear,enhance social interaction;Third,improve the family relationship of the client,strengthen the effective communication between the client and the parents,promote the benign development of parent-child relationship and husband-wife relationship,and create a good family environment Fourth,strengthen the social adaptability of the case,and construct a peripheral support system such as schools and society to help the case owner integrate well into the school and social environment.At the end of the article,the author reflects on the theoretical application and service process,and summarizes the case intervention strategy of adolescents’ social anxiety problem,that is,using the advantage perspective to enhance self-confidence,improve communication and restore family functions,and build a support network through multi-party cooperation.Provide practical experience for social work and provide experience and reference for intervening social anxiety problems among adolescents.
