Social Work Intervention For Adolescents With Social Anxiety Obstruction Under Psychosocial Therapy

Social anxiety obstruction is a kind of common chronic disease which seriously affects the physical and mental health of adolescents.The social anxiety obstruction mostly occurs in adolescence,which brings great trouble to teenagers' learning and living.With the rapid economic development,the phenomenon of social anxiety in adolescence is increasing.In this paper,because of Xiaojing's early experience of poor life,it made Xiaojing had low self-esteem and poor self-concept,and there were avoidance and anxiety tendencies in social situations.In this paper,it takes the case study method,"people in the situation" and Freud's "psychoanalysis" as the theoretical basis,uses respect,sincerity,empathy as the work's concept,through the psychosocial treatment it interposes Xiaojing's case directly and indirectly.Specific intervention process is divided into four stages: preparatory stage,direct treatment stage,indirect treatment stage and consolidation stage of development.Among them,in preparatory stage it intended to establish a good professional relationship with Xiaojing;about Xiaojing's problem it started different subjects of intervention services in the direct treatment,and it took in-depth interviews with Xiaojing during the indirect treatment stage,through the intervention of Xiaojing's family,it designed to help Xiaojing to create a good family communication environment;and during the consolidation stage of development it reviewed the whole intervention process,so that Xiaojing could have more courage and confidence in the social,and she could performance better.From the assessment of the process and the effect evaluation of the intervention,the basic intervention's objectives to Xiaojing's social anxiety obstruction has been a very good improvement.Finally,the author rethought the limitations of this study and the guidance space to psychosocial treatment model which interposes the social anxiety obstruction in adolescents,and summed up the adolescent social anxiety obstruction's case intervention strategy:the release of reasonable pressure,encourage to be more confident,form the habit of self-awareness,self-development,the total improvement of the family.It provides experience and reference for the young social workers who involved in the relevant practice.
