A Case Study Of Rational Emotional Alleviating Anxiety In Social Integration Of Adolescents

With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology,most people will leave their hometowns and choose to go to more developed cities to find jobs and earn money to support their families.This trend of leaving their hometowns is increasing year by year.In order to let their children enjoy better educational resources,the parents of the young people who move with them are transferred to the city where they work,and the social support network is interrupted.This transformation process is long and complicated,among which the anxiety generated in the social integration process is particularly prominent.If young people live in this kind of anxiety for a long time,it will be very detrimental to their social integration,and even affect their healthy physical and psychological development.In serious cases,they will go astray,which will have a bad impact on their families and society.Therefore,this paper focuses on the special group of migrant teenagers and provides services for them under the guidance of rational emotion therapy,so as to help them relieve their anxiety in the process of social integration,rebuild their self-confidence and establish rational beliefs.This not only accumulates experience for the future research on the anxiety of migrating adolescents,but also expands the research on social work intervention in the field of anxiety of migrating adolescents,which has very important practical significance.This paper measures a migrant youth supported by the author through the anxiety self-evaluation scale.The results show that the service object is moderate anxiety.On the basis of the measured results,rational emotion therapy is used to relieve the anxiety of the clients and to intervene with the clients.After interviews,it was found that the main problems faced by the service objects in the social integration were low self-value,insufficient interpersonal relationship and poor learning foundation.In the process of service,according to the actual situation of trailing teenagers and demand of case service plan,the whole practice intervention process to correct unreasonable beliefs as the main line,practice intervention process is divided into four stages for six service,establish professional relationships,dig irrational belief,refute unreasonable belief,consolidate the four stages of acquired cognition,aims to help master relieve anxiety through rational emotional therapy,to establish self-confidence,establish rational thinking.Finally,the case service was evaluated through the anxiety scale and the evaluation of important others around the service object,and the anxiety of the service object was relieved,thus drawing the research conclusion: rational emotion therapy has a certain effect in alleviating the anxiety of the migrant teenagers.Summarize and reflect on the deficiencies in the practical process to provide reference for the research of alleviating anxiety in the social integration of such groups in the future.
