University stage is a important turning point in life, even is called the "secondDuanRuQi". During this period college students not only to undergo final physically mature,but also psychologically mature gradually, this will cause a lot of psychological contradiction,if these problems can not get very good solve, will appear all sorts of psychological andbehavioral problems, including anxiety, thus help students establish positive, healthy andupward outlook on life and values has an important significance for the growth of collegestudents. This article obtains from the anxiety of university students at present, the use case"people" in the situation of social work concept, anxiety of university students in thecomprehensive analysis of the cause of the problem, on the basis of the modified method isgiven, in an effort to solve the problem of college students’ anxiety at the same time, promotethe all-round development of body and mind.Paper is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, mainly introduces thepaper’s research background, research questions, research significance and literature review;The second part is the research design, mainly introduces the paper’s basic concepts, theories,tools and research methods and ideas; The third part mainly introduces the L city X anxietystatus quo of higher vocational school students, as well as the causes of anxiety; The fourthpart through the social work intervention in the case analysis the feasibility and necessity ofcollege students’ anxiety, anxiety of university students to find a specific solution of the casework idea and method; Fifth part of the full text summary, discussion of this paper.
