At present,China's employment market is facing the problem of structural unemployment.The demand for employment in the market does not match the employment personnel.This leads to the division of white-collar and blue-collar employment markets.In order to break the uneven employment situation and promote the matching of the employment market and the employees,the government has issued a series of policies to promote the development of Vocational and technical education,which is developing vigorously as a sunrise industry.Vocational and technical education is divided into secondary vocational and technical education and higher vocational and technical education.Secondary vocational and technical education is the primary form of Vocational education.Its characteristics are that the students are young,the training cycle is short and the employment is fast.Its purpose is to cultivate new skilled workers,better adapt to the needs of the socialist employment market,improve social and economic benefits,and solve the problem of structural unemployment in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore new modes,new methods and new forms for the development of secondary vocational and technical education in China,so as to make secondary vocational and technical education more conducive to the development of socialist market economy and more suitable to the needs of socialist market economy.Taking the property management specialty of Lhasa Second Vocational and Technical School as an example,this paper highlights the universality of its particularity,finds out the problems existing in the training mode and quality of Lhasa Second Vocational and Technical School through on-the-spot investigation and research,and uses various analytical methods,analyses the problems existing in the property management specialty and teaching standards of Lhasa Second Vocational and Technical School,integrates the problems existing in the training mode and puts forward pertinent The countermeasure,thus carries on the raise of the quality of the training mode.
