In the wave of education system reform in the new era,secondary vocational education,which trains skilled talents,has played a key role in China's education system.To deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation of vocational education,and promote the high-quality development of students' quality in vocational education,teachers' Professional skills need to be further improved,It puts forward higher requirements for teacher training in secondary vocational schools under the background of the new era;As the main body of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the improvement of their professional quality and professional skills is related to the development quality of secondary vocational education in China.The vocational training of secondary vocational teachers should attract the attention of the educational circles.Based on PDCA theory,teacher training theory and project quality management theory,this paper measures and analyzes the quality of MJ secondary vocational school teacher training project by investigating the current situation of MJ secondary vocational school teacher training management,combined with the mean value theory of EDAS method,and puts forward targeted and feasible opinions and suggestions from the perspective of project quality management.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)We takes the basic process of PDCA four stages as the logical axis for analysis,takes the training needs as the starting point,transforms the teacher's training tasks into project objectives,formulates a detailed plan before the implementation of the project,controls its progress and evaluates the training during the implementation of the project,supervises and adjusts the project in the process,and evaluates the training results as a whole after the project is completed.(2)Through the data obtained by questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper measures the quality of the four stages of PDCA,so as to find the shortcomings of the current MJ secondary vocational school teacher training management.(3)Put forward the improvement scheme design of MJ secondary vocational school teacher training project quality management.Based on the PDCA cycle theory and quality measurement results,this paper puts forward the specific design scheme suitable for the teacher training project quality management of the school,clearly specifies the project quality management plan,ensures the smooth implementation of the project quality management scheme,adopts scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate the results of the training project quality management,and constantly summarizes and improves the training project quality management according to the feedback.We studies the quality management of MJ secondary vocational school teacher training,and is committed to improving the theoretical level and practical skills of secondary vocational school teachers,so as to provide corresponding reference and reference for Yunnan Province and Kunming city to cultivate comprehensive professional and technical personnel with professional quality,ability,technical methods and professional ethics after the upgrading of consumer service industry.
