| In recent years,according to the requirements and changes of competitive aerobics rules,the standardization of competitive aerobics is becoming more and more important.The whole set of competitive aerobics action mainly includes three components: stroke movement,difficulty action and transition connection,and the core action of competitive aerobics is the difficulty action,it is the primary factor to determine the score of the whole set of aerobics action.The difficulty of group C occupies the largest proportion and number among the four groups of aerobics.Most of the difficult movements in the complete set of movements are selected from the difficulty of group C.Difficulty C386 action,the difficulty score is 0.6,which is the most frequently used difficulty action in the difficulty combination.In the competitive aerobics difficulty C386 training common phenomena such as athletes have enough strength but not correct force,enough speed but will not control the posture,can probably complete the basic action but there will be body posture deformation and other problems.Scientific,systematic and comprehensive training method is the premise of obtaining a better training effect.Through literature review found that competitive aerobics literature mostly around the "complete analysis","trend development","physical training","difficulty" as the keyword literature,and literature training methods are mostly based on a single overall ability,the development of athletes physical proficiency,and competitive aerobics more need is a single overall ability into a variety of special ability,pay attention to the asymmetric,unstable state of action perception.By integrating the use of the basic ballet training method into the traditional training method,the effect is analyzed,which provides theoretical reference for promoting the development of difficult training in aerobics group This paper selects 24 aerobics athletes as the experimental objects,through the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical method of the basic ballet training,according to the technical characteristics of C386 competitive aerobics difficult action,and draws the following conclusions:.1.After the 8-week training experiment,the data of the two groups were compared and concluded that the basic training of the two groups at the same time and in the same training environment.2.Compared with basic ballet training,common training methods can more effectively improve the performance of general quality,and significantly improve the performance of situ vertical jump,20-meter frog jump time and 30 seconds.Basic ballet training is better than common training and significantly different.3.Ballet basic training in improving the effect of athletes lower limb active flexibility is better than common training,in improving the flexibility of athletes on the one hand and common training methods have significant differences,ballet basic training methods can effectively improve athletes’ trunk twist ability and related special quality,and the effect is obviously better than common training methods.4.Compared with the common training methods,the basic ballet training can effectively improve the athletes ’jumping ability,air posture and force problems,enhance the awareness of lower limbs flexibility and trunk control,and significantly improve the athletes’ ability of lower limbs autonomous flexibility,and put forward feasibility suggestions for the athletes to complete the group C difficulty C386 with high quality. |
