In recent years, tennis has developed rapidly, and tennis has become more professional and commercial.Whether professional or amateur, their tennis skills are moving to a high level, all kinds of small and large competitions are more and more exciting, athletes in the game hit the ball faster and faster, the angle of the drop point is more and more drilling. In a game,an athlete inevitably loses his balance in constant rapid movement, which in turn leads to mistakes and points, because balance affects the stability of the ball.Being able to handle the ball in place in an unstable state can take the initiative of the game and win points and win the game. Therefore, improving the tennis player’s batting stability in an unstable state becomes the key to winning the game.College tennis selected students as a national secondary athletes, has a certain competitive ability, but in the game will still appear positive and backhand batting errors, because the rapid and repeated movement of the body balance, through their research can intuitively see the effect of the training method, this study attempts to use experimental methods to verify the non-stable training method on the balance ability of tennis students and the stability of the positive and backhand batting.By using the methods of literature, expert interview,Delphi, mathematical statistics and experiment, this paper conducts non-stable training for tennis selected students, and explores whether non-stable training has an effect on the balance ability and the stability of positive and backhand batting of selected students.Through the understanding of Shandong Institute of Physical Education,we selected the 2020 level of sports training students as the subject of the experiment, this class is all tennis-specific students,a total of 14 students,in order to test accuracy, students all participated in the experiment,14 students randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups, each group of 7 students.During the experiment, the experimental group conducted 8 weeks of non-stable training, while the control group only carried out traditional training, the class students were measured in body shape, quality index and dependent variable index one week before the beginning of the experiment, and 8weeks later the indicators were tested, the post-experiment test was obtained, and the comparison was made between the groups. The experimental test indicators are thirteen: standing long jump,30 m running, sitting and pushing solid ball, balance ability index test: BOSU ball right foot standing,BOSU ball left foot standing,closed-eyed in sit-in step,closed-eye right-foot standing,closed-eye left foot standing,closed-eye lift and tennis special indicators test: forehand batting depth, forehand batting accuracy, backhand batting depth, backhand batting accuracy, through comparative analysis of data:1.After 8 weeks of traditional training in the control group, and before and after the experiment to do matching sample T test learned that,BOSU ball right foot standing,BOSU ball left foot standing, closed eye in situ step, closed eye right foot standing, closed eye left foot standing these five P > 0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference before and after the experiment, closed eye lift 0.01 < P ≤0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference before and after the experiment.Forehand batting accuracy, forehand batting depth, backhand batting The accuracy of these three0.01 < P≤0.05 indicates that there are significant differences before and after the experiment. The backhand batting depth P> 0.05 indicates that there is no significant difference before and after the experiment.2.After 8 weeks of non-stable training in the experimental group, and before and after the experiment to do matching sample T test learned that,BOSU ball right foot standing, closed eye right foot standing, closed eye left foot standing, closed eye lifting these five P<0.01,indicating that there are very significant differences before and after the experiment,BOSU ball left foot standing0.01< P≤0.05,indicating that there are significant differences before and after the experiment.Forehand batting accuracy, forehand batting depth, backhand batting depth of these three P<0.01,indicating that there are very significant differences before and after the experiment, backhand batting accuracy of 0.01< P ≤ 0.05,indicating that there are significant differences before and after the experiment.3.After the experiment group and control group to test independent sample T test learned: BOSU ball left foot standing, closed left foot standing two P<0.01,indicating that there are very significant differences before and after the experiment,BOSU ball right foot standing, closed eye lift, closed right foot standing these three 0.01<P<0.05,indicating that there are significant differences before and after the experiment.Forehand batting accuracy, backhand batting depth of these two P<0.01,indicating that there is a very significant difference before and after the experiment, forehand batting depth, backhand batting accuracy of these two 0.01< P≤0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference before and after the experiment. The following recommendations are made in response to the conclusions:Research conclusion: 1.After 8 weeks of training, compare experimental group, control group, body balance quality data, traditional training and unstable training can very effectively improve tennis body balance quality, but compared with traditional training, unstable training can more effectively improve the balance of tennis students ability.2.after 8 weeks of training, compare the experimental group, control group before and after forehand hitting data, between groups, two groups of forehand hitting data have a certain extent, shows that the traditional training and unstable training can be very effectively improve the choice of tennis forehand strike stability, but compared with the traditional training, unstable training can more effectively improve the choice of tennis students forehand backhand stability.
