Through previous research and teaching practice,it is found that the traditional teaching method has many disadvantages. The relevant data show that the reverse teaching method can overcome the disadvantages of the traditional teaching method to a certain extent, has unique advantages, and has achieved good results in other fields. But at present, few researchers start with the reverse teaching method to study the stability of tennis forehand stroke. Therefore, based on the characteristics of tennis teaching, combined with the reverse teaching method, this paper will design the teaching process, compile the teaching plan and carry out the experimental research.By using the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, combined with sports training, sports physiology, sports biomechanics and other multi-disciplinary knowledge, this paper selects 20 students aged 7-9,20 students aged 10-12 and 20 students aged 13-15 through physical fitness indicators, which are divided into three age stages,20 students of different ages were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 10 students in each group for research and comparison,in order to obtain the different influence of reverse teaching method and traditional teaching method on the batting stability of different ages,so as to provide theoretical basis for tennis researchers and practitioners, enrich teaching mode, change teaching concept and broaden teaching ideas. The results are as follows1.Through 12 weeks of experiment,it can be concluded that in the teaching effect of 7-9 age group,10-12 age group and 13-15 age group, the reverse teaching method is significantly better than the traditional teaching method in the four indicators of hitting depth, hitting accuracy, the number of rounds and technical evaluation score, showing significant differences.2.After 12 weeks of training, both the traditional teaching group and the reverse teaching group showed that the rationality of the pace of 7-9 years old and 10-12 years old was significantly better than that of 13-15 years old,and the 7-9 years old was slightly better than that of 10-12 years old. However, there is no difference in the influence of the two teaching methods on the rationality of the pace of the same age group.3.In terms of technical evaluation, through the longitudinal comparison of different teaching methods,it can be seen that the teaching effect of the two teaching methods for the low age stage is better than that of the high age stage, and the reverse teaching method for the low age stage is better, and each age stage is better than the traditional teaching method.4.In the depth of hitting, the reverse teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method at all ages, and the reverse teaching method has a greater positive impact on the depth of hitting at the age of 13-15.5.The reverse teaching method has a greater positive impact on the accuracy of hitting and the number of rounds of playing for the junior tennis beginners, and a little less positive impact on the older teaching group, but the reverse teaching group of all ages is significantly higher than the traditional teaching method.
