The innovation of science and technology drives the development of tennis,and the application of various advanced technical materials in tennis changes the rhythm of tennis competition.In the game,the high frequency of passing the ball in front of the net indicates that the era of serving the Internet has gradually drifted away,and the traditional serving style has been replaced by the bottom line style.The modern forehand and backhand hitting technique with fast speed,strong rotation and accurate placement is the key means for players to win the game.How to improve the effect of forehand and backhand hitting has become a hot topic in tennis.In this paper,by using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics expert interview,questionnaire survey and experiment,22 students of tennis special class of grade 19 in Physical Education College of Hubei Normal University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and relevant experimental schemes were designed for training intervention.The two groups of students were trained in different strength training for 8 weeks at the same time(the experimental group was trained in special strength training,and the control group was trained in core strength training).Through the comparison of the data of the special physical quality test results and the forehand and backhand batting test results of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,the influence of special strength training on the forehand and backhand batting effect of college tennis students was analyzed.The results show that :1.The special physical quality of the two groups of students has been improved to some extent,and there are differences in specific projects.In the three test items of fan running,forehand lateral movement and backhand lateral movement,the improvement range of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The improvement of students ’ scores in the experimental group was 4.1 %,5.7 % and 6.5 % respectively,while the improvement of students ’ scores in the control group was 2.9 %,3.6 % and 2.5 % respectively.In the two test items of forehand side throwing solid ball and backhand side throwing solid ball,the improvement range of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The improvement of students ’ scores in the experimental group was 5.7 % and6.9 % respectively,while that in the control group was 6.5 % and 8.5 % respectively.2.The effect of forehand hitting of the two groups of students has been improved.In the three test items of forehand hitting speed,forehand hitting depth and forehand hitting point,the improvement range of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.The improvement of students ’ scores in the experimental group was 15.3 %,28.7 % and 47.3 % respectively,while the improvement of students ’scores in the control group was 9.8 %,15.5 % and 29.0 % respectively.3.The two groups of students have a certain improvement in the backhand batting effect.In the three test items of backhand batting speed,backhand batting depth and backhand batting placement,the improvement range of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The improvement of students ’ scores in the experimental group was 21.7 %,37.8 % and 40.9 % respectively,while the improvement of students ’ scores in the control group was 11.6 %,26.9 % and 27.3 %respectively.The relevant conclusions are as follows : 1.Both special strength training and core strength training can effectively improve the physical quality of tennis students;2.Core strength training can effectively improve the tennis students forehand and backhand batting effect;3.Special strength training can effectively improve the tennis special students forehand and backhand effect;the improvement of the forehand and backhand hitting effect of the experimental group students who carry out special strength training is higher than that of the control group students who carry out core strength training. |
