| Pedal gymnastics is a new sport which completes body movements by means of pedals.As a sport form combining gymnastics and dance,pedal gymnastics has been rapidly loved by college students since it entered the university.It has become an inseparable part of the physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational colleges.Nowadays,in order to meet the general trend of Aerobics development and the requirements of curriculum reform,it is necessary to seek new models in the conventional teaching mode.It is imperative to make sudden progress.With the improvement of the level of science and technology and the quality of life,the popularity of Internet applications has been rapidly improved.College students' access to information through the Internet has gradually changed from the mode of using computers as media to the mode of using mobile media to obtain information.Mobile phones have become a necessary part of college students' life,which has an important impact on the development of self-media.This article obtains from the perspective of the media teaching,use of high utilization rate in recent years and the beginning of the "APP beauty shoot" video transmission form,give full play to the advantages of these since the media products,regular change in the operating course of colleges and universities teaching and the present situation of the teaching primarily,arouse the enthusiasm of students' learning,and improve teaching effect of physical education.This article represented by "APP on" the short video of experimental study,by the methods of literature material,expert interview method,the teaching methods of experimental method and mathematical analysis,mechanical and electrical professional technology institute in guangdong province of two classes(classes and that in comparative classes)as experimental object,through 15 weeks teaching experiment and questionnaire to student's basic situation,physical quality,confidence and interest in learning was tested and the corresponding investigation and study,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the experimental and scientific nature,study the following conclusions:(1)through the physical quality test data comparison,found that only girls has differences in one minute sit-ups and rope skipping,boys and other aspects of the physical quality did not show significant sex differences,so now the realisticproblems of the operating course teaching in colleges and universities is less class time,class exercise and exercise not comprehensive enough.(2)the application of "APP beautiful beat" in the optional course of pedal exercise has significantly improved students' technical performance,self-confidence and learning motivation.It is feasible to apply "APP beauty beat" in the teaching of pedal exercises.(3)"APP beauty shoot" video application is fully mobilize students' subjective initiative study,using the intuition,instant feedback,sharing of resources,deepen the students understanding and grasp of technology,according to the experimental class students to step aerobics class classroom atmosphere,teaching content,methods,evaluation of students is higher than that in comparative classes.(4)"APP on" getting a student a higher recognition in applied to teaching,meet the personalized needs of the development of students,the love of students and agree that the students' interest in learning is to mobilize ease,also affects the student's learning attitude,to achieve the teaching purpose,promotes the further optimization of teaching mode.Through the experimental verification,we know that the application of "APP Beauty Pat" in aerobic pedal gymnastics teaching is scientific and reasonable.Applying APP Beauty Pat to physical education teaching can enrich and improve physical education teaching methods,improve the effect and quality of physical education teaching,and it is suitable for the teaching of aerobic pedal Gymnastics in Colleges and universities,providing a new idea and reference for physical education teaching in Colleges and universities. |
