| With the acceleration of the development and reform of preschool education in China,the society has higher requirements on the quantity and quality of preschool education teachers.A large number of novice teachers have entered the kindergarten education and become a new force of it.The professional development of novice teachers has gradually become an important factor restricting the steady improvement of preschool education.However,in the actual research activities,there are some problems,such as inadequate guidance for novice teachers,lack of pertinence and scientific research,which restrict the professional development of novice teachers.As one of the important ways for preschool teachers’ professional development,Kindergarten-based research is of great significance for reducing the loss of novice teachers,helping novice teachers adapt to role change,improving novice teachers’ professional quality and helping them embark on the road of professional development.Based on the strategy model of learning organization and the theory of human-based management,this study,from kindergarten-based perspective,combines the characteristics of novice kindergarten teachers and the current orientation of professional development.Through a questionnaire survey of 535 novice kindergarten teachers in Shaanxi Province and interviews with four kindergarten principals of four different types,it is found that the current research status of novice kindergarten teachers at the kindergarten-based level is as follows: Firstly,emotional needs are the primary conditions for novice teachers to study;secondly,kindergarten-based teaching and research is the main mode of study;thirdly,the content of Kindergarten-based research is centered on collective teaching;fourthly,the research system is still not perfect and lacks the organization and management of noviceteachers;fifthly,although the research resources are relatively rich,the professional leadership needs to be improved;sixth,subject consciousness of Kindergarten-based research is vague,and the plans and objectives need to be strengthened;seventh,novice teachers have different evaluation of research,and the quality of research restricts the growth of novice teachers.On the whole,although there are some shortcomings in the current research,kindergartens still attach great importance to the role of Kindergarten-based research in promoting the professional development of novice teachers.At the same time,the more solid the Kindergarten-based research is,the more positive it is for the growth of novice teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of Kindergarten-based research,this paper combines the current situation of novice teachers’ Kindergarten-based research,and puts forward countermeasures to improve novice teachers’ Kindergarten-based research from different levels according to the learning organization strategy model and the theory of human-based management.At the national level,novice teachers should be given research guidance,and the quality of novice teachers should be improved;at the kindergarten level,novice teachers should be paid more attention to,and a learning community should be formed around Kindergarten-based research;at the individual level,their own development should be defined,and the unity of research,learning and practice should be implemented in practice. |
