Bornoff,a famous German anthropologist,aiming at the deficiency of traditional education,criticized and developed the viewpoint of existential philosophy and cultural education school.He put forward and discussed the necessity of discontinuous education systematically from the perspective of individual survival situation.Existentialism holds that some discontinuous events or external interference that suddenly appear in people's life are not just an accidental event,but are deeply hidden in the essence of human existence,which is also the basic way of human existence.On this basis,Bornoff pointed out that individuals do not always develop according to certain rules and predetermined routes in the process of education and growth,and a series of discontinuous factors also play an extremely important role.Education inevitably produces discontinuous forms of education corresponding to human discontinuity.Encounter is an important category of its discontinuous educational thought.Encounter,according to Bornoff,is an important form of discontinuity in our education,having a significant impact on individuals.It's not always negative.It has important potential educational value in the process of individual spiritual life development.Bornoff 's new understanding of encounter has led to a major revision of current educational concepts.For a long time,under the guidance of "instrumental theory",Chinese language teaching tended to be knowledge-based and scientific.In such a teaching paradigm,students lack a sudden awakening and teachers are afraid of innovation and just want tobe safe and stable.Teachers put more emphasis on pursuitting predictability and completeness.And they often avoid the events that inevitably interrupt the continuity of teaching in the process of education.A large number of literary in Chinese textbooks for primary and secondary schools are centered on the expression of people's spiritual world.The literary not only reveals people's ideal and pursuit,but also shows their existence and destiny.Professor Pan xinhe thinks that Chinese teaching should be a process of shaping personality and awakening self-consciousness.Chinese education must go beyond the mechanization and objectification of people from the perspective of epistemology.Then turn to the ontological horizon.Encounter is a state of unbalanced disordering,breaking the traditional learning mode.It greatly affects the individual's spiritual world and provides a new opportunity for education.In essence,education and teaching should regard this kind of experience as the inevitable thing.In the book modern German culture pedagogy,Zou jin believes that as long as students are shocked by their hearts with appropriate methods and opportunities in teaching,they will inevitably increase their self-consciousness unprecedenously and reach the sublimation of emotions,so as to improve their personality.Based on this,this study starts from the current situation of students' encounter deficiency in Chinese education theory and practice.This paper makes theoretical exposition and phenomenon interpretation of encounter,based on the classic cases of special-grade teachers such as dou guimei,wang songzhou and zheng yinong.Then discuss the unique educational value of the experience in Chinese teaching for the growth of students' individual life.Through case analysis further clarifies the mechanism of the creation of students' encounter in Chinese teaching.Finally,put forward the strategies of creating a situation that students might encounter.
