Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The "One School, One Product" Model Of Junior Middle School Sports In Linqing City

In 2018,the Shandong provincial department of education and other five departments issued a notice on the "Shandong provincial school sports three-year action plan(2018-2020)".In the notice,it is proposed that by the end of 2018,each school should form a �one school,one product� brand-specific sports project.By2020,it will form a �one school multi-product � brand-specific sports project.School sports have begun to transition from the �one school one product� model to the �one school multi-product� model.This paper establishes the index system of junior high school sports �one school,one product� by using the index system of junior high school sports as the standard,and analyzes the status quo of Linqing junior high school sports development and analyzes the status quo of Linqing junior high school sports � one school one product �,and draws its advantages and disadvantages.A series of recommended measures are proposed to improve the�one school,one product � mode of junior high school in Linqing city,and lay a foundation for the successful transition of Linqing junior high school sports to the�one school multi-product� model.This paper uses the literature method,delphi method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey method to investigate and study the sports leaders,physical education teachers and students in the junior high schools in Linqing city,Shandong province.The distribution of brand projects in junior high school in Linqing dynasty,the situation of teachers and the development of school sports were analyzed,and the corresponding development countermeasures were put forward.According to the research,Linqing city junior high school sports "one school one product" overall development is poor,there are several problems: 1,the lack of schools,lack of positioning thinking;2,the aging of teachers,lack of professional training;3,the school sports and school brand integration is low,lacking brand culture;4,school sports work lacks perfect rules and regulations and institutionbuilding.The development strategies of Linqing city junior high school sports "one school one product" are: 1.strengthen overall planning and form a joint force;2.strengthen brand positioning and shape brand culture;3.enrich teacher system and increase professional training;4.strengthen school sports promote brand building;5.strengthen organizational leadership and improve institutional development.
