Since the 2016 opinions of the general office of the State Council on strengthening physical education in schools to promote the overall development of students' physical and mental health pointed out that schools should let students master one or two sports skills,and gradually form the teaching mode of“one school,one product” and “one school,many products”,Tianjin He-ping District Education Bureau has actively responded and strengthened the reform in physical education teaching reform,becoming the key to the reform of physical education The first region in the city to join the National School Sports League,found solutions and improvement paths,and combined with the visit of chairman of the league,Professor Mao Zhenming,and his team of experts,determined to take "one school,one product,one life and one long" as the core entry point,and formulated the overall plan of physical education reform experiment in He-ping District,Tianjin(2018-2021),aiming to use three years' time To promote the construction of "one school,one product" teaching mode of learning physical education,greatly improve the physical health level of the students in the whole area,and combine the specific situation of each experimental school,customize the "comprehensive reform work plan set of school physical education" for each school.In order to ensure the smooth development of the construction of "one school,one product" in the primary school physical education in He-ping District,Tianjin,this study aims to improve One year after the establishment of the reform plan,the current situation of "one school,one product" construction in each primary school was summarized and analyzed.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,logical induction,mathematical statistics,case analysis and so on,starting from the current situation of“ one school,one product ” construction and excellent case analysis of He-ping District primary school in Tianjin,and through the development of characteristic projects and activities of “ one school,one product ” in He-ping District primary school,teachers' construction,students' situation and various guarantee situations,the impact of the construction and implementation effect as well as excellent case analysis six aspects to conduct in-depth investigation and research,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the construction process of "one school,one product" in He-ping District primary school.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Since the construction of "one school,one product" characteristic sports in He-ping District Primary School of Tianjin,the implementation of characteristic sports activities has been diversified,and the selection of characteristic sports items has been determined by the comprehensive development needs of students,the actual situation of the school and the teachers' strength,etc2.The development of characteristic projects arouses the students' love and interest in learning;and most schools' characteristic sports activities take up to onehour to meet the call of “one hour a day”;at the same time,the teachers have high diploma and wide distribution of special projects;most schools have formulated standardized management system and reward mechanism for "one school,one product".3.There are advantages in the construction of "one school,one product" in He-ping District primary school,but there are also disadvantages such as the lack of sports equipment and venues,the imperfect development of school-based teaching materials,the single way of publicity outside the school,and the great pressure on teachers of special projects,which can be improved,which is conducive to the better construction of the teaching mode of "one school,one product" in school physical education.Therefore,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of “one school,one product” in He-ping District primary school,this study puts forward suggestions: in the construction of “one school,one product”,He-ping District primary school should increase the input of funds,build more and perfect characteristic project equipment sites;strengthen the teachers of characteristic projects,improve the quality of characteristic sports teaching;strengthen the external publicity of school characteristic brands,and effectively increase learning School awareness;strengthen the development of school-based teaching materials and courses to better stimulate students' interest in learning;strengthen the building of campus characteristic sports brand,create a good campus sports culture,and enhance students' physical health.
