In 2014,Wang Dengfeng,the director of the Department of Sports,Art and Health of my country,pointed out that a very important aspect is the reform of the physical education curriculum in the article "Promoting the Effective Development of " One School,One Product " and Promoting the Improvement of Students' Physical Health".The reform of the physical education curriculum is mainly to enable every student to learn 1-2 sports skills,which is also an important foundation for promoting "one school,one product".In this regard,the state has continuously introduced new policies to vigorously support the "one school,one product" physical education reform.In 2020,the General Office of the State Council of the Communist Party of China issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era",which pointed out: "Promote the Chinese sports spirit,promote Chinese traditional sports,and form a " one school with one product " and " one school with multiple products ".A new situation in the development of school sports".Qinhuai District of Nanjing City responded to the national call and became the first urban units to try out the "one school,one product" model of campus sports.Therefore,a study on the development status of "one school,one product" in Qinhuai district primary schools and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the "one school,one product" sports school model will help promote the healthy development of "one school,one product" in Qinhuai District,Nanjing.This article uses literature,questionnaire surveys,field surveys,expert interviews and other research methods to investigate and study the development status of "one school,one product" sports schools in Qinhuai District,Nanjing.The research concludes that:1.Nanjing's Qinhuai District Primary School has diversified its characteristic programs of “one school,one product”.Feature programs such as archery,basketball,judo,cheerleading,baseball and softball have appeared,taking into full consideration the development needs of students,the strength of teachers,and Factors such as site advantage.2.Qinhuai District "one school,one product" sports characteristic elementary school spends more than one hour of outdoor exercise every day,which meets the standard of "one hour of exercise per day" stipulated in the "Nanjing Sports Characteristic School Annual Performance Evaluation Measures".In the course of the investigation,some schools already have two sports characteristic projects,moving towards the development path of "one school with multiple products".3.The Qinhuai district elementary school's "one school,one product" sports school model has achieved certain results,but it is also faced with incomplete assessments;insufficient development of school-based textbooks;unsatisfactory talent transmission channels and weak teachers;shortages of venues and equipment,etc.In order to promote the in-depth development of the Qinhuai District Primary School's "One School,One Product" sports feature project,the following optimization countermeasures are proposed: strengthen the effective investment budget of funds,strengthen the establishment of teacher staff and foundation construction,pursue characteristics and master skills,and develop school-based teaching materials to popularize and improve simultaneously.The assessment system plays an incentive role.
