In the post-epidemic era,the internal and external environment of P company has undergone tremendous changes.The objective and fairness of P company's performance evaluation greatly affects P company's competitiveness.Affected by factors such as the particularity of the position of the principal of the branch school of P company,the subjectivity of the performance evaluation subject,the ambiguity of evaluation indicators,the uncertainty of performance evaluation standards and the asymmetry of information,it is difficult to conduct a complete and accurate performance evaluation.With the continuous enrichment of modern management technology and fuzzy set theory,the fuzzy set theory is applied to the performance evaluation process of P company branch school principals to make the job performance evaluation more scientific and reasonable.This article takes the principal of the branch school of P company as the research object,and on the basis of full domestic and foreign literature review and related theoretical analysis,through designing a performance interview outline,analyzes the job responsibilities of the principal of the branch school of P company,from the management effect,the number of management,and the ethics of teachers.,Work attitude,management experience,management ability,management quality and team spirit 8 dimensions 24 sub-indicators start,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,combined with fuzzy set theory related methods,11 deterministic indicators and 13 fuzzy The performance index is divided into levels,and the fuzzy membership function is used to calculate the corresponding fuzzy number,so as to design a set of performance evaluation methods based on fuzzy set theory.Finally,this article uses the post performance appraisal method and post performance appraisal standard to evaluate the post performance of the principal of the branch school of P company on the premise of providing organizational guarantee from the establishment of a post performance evaluation jury group,perfecting the appraisal procedure,and implementing post performance appraisal.The purpose of this paper is to provide a set of job performance evaluation methods based on fuzzy set theory for P company and other educational counseling organizations in China,and to reflect the organization's strategic goals and job value in the job performance evaluation.
