The 21 st century,as a new era with science and technology as the first competitiveness,is also a new era of competition represented by talents.With the development of economy and science and technology,talents are becoming more and more important indexes to measure the comprehensive strength of a country and a region.Therefore,how to attract and retain talents is an important issue related to economic development.Since the founding of new China,the central government has issued a comprehensive document on talent reform for the first time.At present,a new round of competition for talents has been set off among cities.Therefore,combining with the current new situation of economic development,this paper with the method of literature analysis,case analysis,theory and empirical combination and practice.Taking HH district of Wuhan city as an example,this paper focuses on the specific situation of recruiting talents and attracting talents in districts and counties.After extensive reading and reference of relevant research literature at home and abroad,combined with the theoretical basis of talents,aiming at the current situation of talent introduction in this region.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the region one by one,and combine the characteristics of the policy of regional talent introduction,looking for and analyzing the problems of county-level and district-level regions in recruiting talents and attracting talents.Therefore,corresponding suggestions and opinions are put forward to improve the quantity and quality of talent recruitment and enhance regional competitiveness.According to the county level when attracting talent,because the economic development is relatively weak compared with the first-level cities,and the degree of scientific and technological development is also relatively deficient.Therefore,in the work of talent introduction,in addition to introducing measures to attract more talents according to local conditions,we should alsocarry forward its regional advantages.For example,differentiated features such as environmental ecology and livable degree to attract talent.On the other hand,while recruiting talent,at the district and county level,it is more important to identify the development direction of the region,and clarify the advantages and salient points of its own industrial development.According to the needs of enterprises to choose talent,fit the theme of development,not blind recruitment.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the cultivation of local talents,and cultivate various kinds of knowledgeable and skilled talents from multiple directions.To attract talent,but also to retain wisdom.
