Research On Financial Management Optimization Of Zhangjiakou Vocational And Technical College

Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's higher education.In recent years,with the initiation of the National Demonstrative Higher Vocational College Construction Plan,higher vocational education has gradually expanded its enrollment and transformed from the extension to the improvement of its connotation quality.This requires that the leadership ability,education and teaching reform,specialty construction,faculty construction and financial management construction of the college should be highlighted.Due to the state's key support and increased investment in Higher Vocational colleges,vocational colleges are facing a situation of diversified sources of funds and imperfect public financial budget system,which leads to huge challenges in the financial management of colleges.The financial management of vocational colleges is a comprehensive management based on social management.In order to achieve the goal of running vocational colleges smoothly and promote the steady growth of national economy,effective measures must be taken.In order to speed up the reform of financial budget,we must jump out of the traditional mode as soon as possible,subdivide the business process of financial management and optimize each part to meet the requirements of the reform of financial management system in Higher Vocational colleges.As far as the existing system of the college is concerned,it is not enough to effectively cope with the changes of the internal and external environment of the college.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize and improve the financial management system of higher vocational colleges to help them grasp the development opportunities in time and promote their competitiveness.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current theory of financial management in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad,and reasonably applies the relevant theory to the financial management of Higher Vocational colleges.Taking Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College as the research object,based on the analysis of its current situation of financial management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the financial management of the College,makes comprehensive use of the theory and methods of financial management,optimizes the financial management of the College,and puts forward the following four measures on how to improve the financial management level of the Higher Vocational College: First,macro environmental protection;The second is to strengthen leadership attention;the third is to prevent and control financial risks in the whole process;and the fourth is to ensure the quality of financial personnel.
