The study was carried out to cope with the main problems which are very common in classroom of Morality and Nomocracy,such as 1.The students are lack of awareness of questioning in class.2.There are lots of inefficient questions at low level in class.The purpose of the study lied in finding a more efficient mode of learning by questioning.And the final purpose of the study was to construct a class in which each student can get what he/she can get without any difficulty in the right way of learning by questioning.This paper consists of five chapters.In Chapter1,the background of the research is briefly summarized,and the up-to-date findings and relevant information in the same field at home and abroad as well,which are followed by clear definitions and illustrations of the core concepts,basic supporting theories,objects and significance.In Chapter2,the beginning of the practice of the formation of the new mode is introduced,especially what hold back the students going forward after the reliable basic data collected from the students' inefficient learning at the low level in classroom and analyzed carefully.In Chapter3,the practice of the six-step process in the in-depth inquiring class is presented.The study lied in the following six aspects,1.formation of the new modal,2.working out the basic characters of the new modal,3.optimization of the tactics in class,4.encouraging deep study,5.setting up the new corresponding evaluation system,6.studying the typical cases.In Chapter4,the strategies of applying the learning by questioning in class are discussed.After studying the typical cases,we explored the corresponding evaluation system and got the modal more suitable for the deep study with the character of learning by questioning in class.In Chapter5,after analyzing the data of the study,we give our conclusion and,what should be done to improve the mode while applying it in more classrooms.Adopting the tactic of Three Stages with Unity of Six Parts,to form the new modal,we chose the mode,applied it in the trial class,and evaluated it.We worked out the tentative mode,the steps and effective tactics to operate it,by analyzing the data collected from the trial classes.we got the right mode for the deep study with the character of learning by questioning after carrying out the research on the following eight aspects,1.restrictions and weakness of the modal,2.new trials of the system of learning by questioning,3.formation of the new modal in class,4.applying the new modal in the class using the proper teaching methods,5.working out the rules and characters of the new modal,6.optimizing the tactics in class.After the research we worked out the following six tactics applied in class,1.dialogue to deep study,2.questioning in learning,3.further questioning,4.promoting the abilities of thinking,5.sorting the questions in class,6.linking the questions in class.With the new mode there's a big progress in the efficiency of the trial classes and the students' qualities of learning by questioning.The action research and case study method were employed in the study as the main methods.We found the tactics to coincide with individualization,carried out a set of different activities of learning by questioning,and provided a study platform for the deep study.We studied the internal mechanism of the new modal of learning by questioning,and paid much attention to the optimization and development of the students' awareness of questioning.We focused on exploring the class of learning by questioning to coincide with the procedural learning situation.We developed the theory of the new modal of class and the new mechanism of the reformation in class to help the students learn effectively by questioning.We worked out the key points of the operation,useful methods and effective tactics in class.And the new mode has brought deepening and expanding cognition on the traditional class.During the research we made the experimental activities meet the requirements of the aim of the study,and helped the students learn how to study well in the class of learning by questioning,with the optimization of the theory and behavior in class,which empowered their basic skills a lot,and the rise in the efficiency of class activities became true in the class of Morality and Nomocracy.
