Elementary school is the best time to develop their behavioral habits.Helping students to form good behavioral habits is the goal of elementary ethnical education.Evaluation is able to effectively promote the formation of elementary students' behavioral habits but still suffers from many issues and difficulties in practice.Based on "factor structure theory" of ethnical psychology,functional structure theory of ethnical psychology,reinforcement theory,social learning theory and teaching evaluation theory,this study aims at "promoting the development of students",takes the textbook of elementary school ethnics as main content,theorizes on “comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation”,establishes three “one” evaluation system combining qualitative,quantitative,formative,summative,and multi-subject participated evaluations.“One record”,emphasizing on quantitative and formative evaluations,following each teaching section,assesses behavioral habits of elementary students by phases according to evaluation codes and keeps results in record.“One show”,emphasizing on quantitative,performative and summative evaluations,refers to teachers reconstructing scenarios based on results from “one record” at the end of semester and having students show their behavioral habits via acting and doing and assessing accordingly.“One write”,emphasizing on qualitative and summative evaluations,assesses behavioral habits of approximately 30% of students using one or two positive,encouraging or expectant sentences through teachers' observation for the past semester.In accordance to <Elementary ethnics and life(social)course standard(Ver.2011)>,this evaluation system extracted contents relating to elementary behavioral habits from Zhejiang Education published elementary ethnics and life(social)textbook(12 volumes).The evaluation is consisted of three main lines(children and self,children and society,children and nature)and four aspects(healthy,safe life;happy,positive life;responsible,warm-hearted life,engaging,creative life).The practice of this evaluation includes extraction of evaluation codes,design of evaluation sheet,determination of evaluation protocol,participation of multiple subjects,feedback of evaluation results,etc.,and implemented via teaching in classroom and periodic evaluation classes.The three “one” evaluation system for elementary students' behavioral habits has been on trial in 22 elementary schools in our district and has proven to be effective: promoted development of students' behavioral habits;established good situation using multi-subject participated evaluation;facilitated the foundation of elementary ethnics class;advanced the teachers' expertise;constructed a complete evaluation system however still suffers from issues including vague evaluation codes,inconvenient assessing methods,low efficiency,etc.
