The cultivation of primary school students’ behavioral habits has been a hot topic in recent years,and exploring the cultivation of good behavioral habits among primary school students from the perspective of "home school collaboration" is an important research content in the current education field.As is well known,primary school students are in a critical period of cognitive,emotional,willpower,and personality development,and their behavior and thinking styles are not fully formed.Developing good behavior habits among primary school students can help achieve their comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.Cultivating the behavior habits of primary school students is not only the responsibility of the school,but also requires the cooperation of multiple parties,especially parents,in order to better promote the development of students’ behavior habits.Therefore,teachers should not only cultivate students’ behavior habits in school,but also provide parents with suggestions on how to cultivate good behavior habits in the family.Under the collaboration of family and school,jointly promote the development of good behavior habits among students.This study takes A Primary School in Qingdao as the research object,and adopts interview method to objectively understand the development of family school collaboration in A Primary School,as well as the current situation of behavior habit cultivation education for primary school students.By conducting interviews with teachers,parents,and students of A Primary School,we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the specific views of the school,parents,and students on home school collaborative education,as well as to summarize the specific problems in cultivating good behavior habits among primary school students.Through interviews,it was found that under the current social background,China’s school collaborative education has achieved certain results,but there are still time gaps and difficulties in education coherence;Spatial displacement,habits difficult to sustain;Lack of thought and difficulty in integrating knowledge and action;The form is solidified,and communication is difficult to smooth;Lack of feedback and difficulty in implementing policies.In response to these issues,this article analyzes in depth the main reasons for the above problems,such as the absence of the main body,vague concepts,difficulties in ensuring security,uneven resources,and single measures.Targeted improvement measures are proposed as follows.Firstly,schools should fully leverage the role of bridges to promote the development of good behavior habits among primary school students;Secondly,give full play to the guiding role of teachers and implement the cultivation of good behavior habits among primary school students;Thirdly,leverage the auxiliary role of parents to create a harmonious family learning atmosphere;Fourthly,give full play to the role of students as the main body and comprehensively implement the people-oriented education concept.
