| The junior middle school stage is the key period for students’ life values formation, all-round development of good habits can promote people, help people form a noble, a correct outlook on life and values, and bad behavior habits will bring many adverse effects to the people. Rural junior high school students because of family, school, society, own and so on various aspects more prone to some bad habits, and some bad habits have not received much attention and timely correction, it will seriously affect the growth and development of junior high school students in rural areas, need educators to pay attention, and to explore the related countermeasures.As a moral educator, I bear unshakable responsibility for the healthy growth and overall development of students. Therefore, the author based on the teaching practice, with "the daily behavior of high school students’ norms" as the main criterion, in investigation and case analysis on the S middle school from the county near and T middle school from far away in Xinhua County, found that current Xinhua County rural junior high school students have many good habits and characteristics such as strong self-reliance and self-care, vivacity, unyielding perseverance, honesty and kindness. On the other hand, they usually hold a negative attitude towards life and don’t understand self-love; in learning they are passive and lack of goals and motivation; when dealing with other people they are not enough tolerant and elf-centered. In addition, their social morality consciousness is poor; words and deeds are sometimes impolite or even indecent; their network behavior lack of self-control. Personality determines destiny while habits determine personality. Data from the survey shows that in Xinhua County, rural junior middle school students’ cultivation education shortage has become an important factor in improving the level of education, hindering the overall development of students.However, after a thorough investigation, discovered that the school moral education system is not perfect, Implementation of the main single, relative lack of moral education carrier, families of low educational level, poor family environment are important causes of nurturance education shortage. Coupled with unhealthy trends in society, negative media network, lax enforcement and other factors, as well as junior high school students lack of proper self-awareness further increases the difficulty of nurturance education.For the plight of nurturance education in rural junior high school of Xinhua County, intensifying efforts to develop cultivation education, optimizing the moral environment on campus, improving parents’ emphasis on cultivation education and educational level, and calling on the whole society to participate to create a good environment for rural junior high school students,at the same time focusing on helping students to know themselves, to play the role of internal driving force of good habits, is the sound strategy to break through the bottleneck of cultivation education and to promote the formation of good habits of junior high school students. |
